Not working properly won't allow blocking
It is not working. It doesn’t register any spam or telemarketers or spoofers. I know I will have to manually add spam numbers but every single one is ridiculous. I am paying for it and every tech tells me there are no issues. So I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work. I want a refund for all these months of it not working!
For 3 weeks now a message after you enter your cell number, try again later.
Call guardian says it cannot connect to get a sms code
App is very slow to load. When blocking a call, screen freezes and I have to force stop the app. It's been this way for several weeks. Not happy with it at the moment.
My call guardian has not worked for some time now. Get charged for it on my bill but doesn't work. Would like this taken care of. Thanks

have call guardian via US Cellular after update it stopped working wants SMS Code but won't connect to get it I had over 230 numbers blocked and stored in cloud since app went down i am being bombarded with spam calls and spoof calls Please fix asap
Won't open. Keeps stopping at "getting SMS Code"" to very number. Says try again later, then same thing all over again:(

Hi I did the update and now my App will not work it is saying can't get sms code please fix thank you.
The Call Guardian app is on my Samsung. It wants to send a code via text using my correct number. I have never received a text with a code.
It tells me to update. I put in the code and it spins and then gives me a message saying it didn't work. Said to try later. I try but still won't work
On my husband's phone, it asked him to update Call Guardian. He hit the update green tab and then when it was done he hit the open tab. Instead of opening, it went back to Call Guardian icon. Touched the icon to open, circled and went back to icon. Can't get it to work. Please advise
Call guardian said critical update needed and now won't open after I updated
