8 months agoI hate Call Guardian because it will not connect, there is no support, and everything I try fails. Why does US Cellular even offer that? It surely is totally useless. It just seems like yet another lame reason to charge us more for a terrible service. I’m not happy with the service of US Cellular either, now that I’m on the subject, I’m looking for another service.

8 months agoI cant switch to premium call guardian. when i enter my number, and ask for sms code, it keeps saying no connection, try in a few minutes. Its been saying this all day. I upgraded my service plan to include this feature, and im not able to use it. Seems like a losing situation for me. Do you have an explanation for this problem? I have plenty of memory, and storage available to run the app, and ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times....always the same "no connection" message ,even though im on my own interent connection, which is very fast for everything else. This is the only thing that does not work on my samsung A52 phone, which google play says is compatible with your app....any help would be appreciated, otherwise im cancelling the new upgraded plan i just went with. 8 months agoMy call guardine doesn't work. Keeps saying no connection plus can't send me a code. If it don"t work guess I don't need it. Hope you can solve the situation.

1 year agoI have you for protection my phone is screwed because your app didn't do the job and I'm calling Us cellular and reporting you and you will be stuck paying for phone if it get destroyed by melwar virus

Will Not Allow Me To Block Calls
The app doesn’t pick up all of the calls, many have to be manually blocked! The app will also at times indicate a call can not be blocked! Then what do I do? I receive at least 10 to 15 spam or robo calls per day!!! Having to manually block calls on the app is tiresome. Very poor app! I really need help but can’t get it! Tried calling US Cellular- no help there! They referred me to the app developer-no help there, only a voicemail to leave a message after spending over 30 minutes on the phone with US Cellular. And I’m a paying customer for this app and US Cellular!

Call Guardian update not working
I updated the Call Guardian app, I guess, because it told me my basic version was out of date. I went to App Store and all it says is open app. When I want to check to see if a number is legitimate or a spam, I can’t check anymore. I went to settings and checked to make sure call blocking is on, turned it off and then turned it back on. This still did not fix the issue. All I get is a page that says report spam or make a contact card. What happened to the ability to check numbers?

This app half the time doesn’t work
I have had this downloaded on my phone for about 1 1/2 years when I get a unknown call I use this app to identify the caller half the Time it goes through a stupid cycle checking my account or it goes to some stupid thing pops saying unable to process so I used Mr number that helps it’s better than Call Guardian I agree since I had us cellular I get spam callers everyday at least 5 calls I report every call a lot of scammers and fraudulent callers as well. I won’t use this app no more it doesn’t do what it’s intended to do.
