I login and don’t get my account
I lost my icon and can't retrieve it
I keep getting the error message “it’s not you it’s us” after applying for a credit card and linking my bank account. Tried the entire day to refresh and do it over and it doesn’t allow me to. They already did a hard inquiry on my credit report and the site doesn’t even work. No no no, do not recommend
I keep getting a message about them having tech difficulties. "It's us not you" Meantime I had a hack moment with the computer and also a notification that I had a large increase on my card. No access, no telephone access , no chat and no explanation. It affected my credit score. By one point but that should not even happen. As soon as I have access, I will pay it off and never use it again. Not interested in this kind of service.
After signing in, it won’t go past the welcome screen. I have an iPhone 11.
