THIS BANK IS HORRENDOUS, HAD MY ACCOUNT ON PAUSE. My account was going through an identification verification process and I was told by several representatives there was nothing they could do, nor myself until the team who was doing the identification/verification was complete and that I had to wait for that team to email me, they emailed me and asked for several documents, I sent the documents and they still yet to fix the issue or fix my phone number and THEY’RE REPORTING THIS NEGATIVE LATE PAYMENTS TO MY ACCOUNT and it’s all BECAUSE OF THEM. WHAT A NIGHTMARE😡😡

Paid my bill on auto pay via my capital one account the payment was reversed I have enough in my account to cover the bill and my checking account was off my account I had to add my account again to make another payment. I don’t understand this.

Can’t get a hold of customer service. Wait times have been hours on the phone. I made a payment towards my balance. It hit my bank account. Then mission lane reversed the payment and sent it back. Don’t understand why when it already cleared. So I paid the same amount again. And that payment did not reflect on my account at all. Nor on my bank account. It’s like it disappeared. So I made another payment with a different card. That reflected. Then I made another payment. Disappeared. Made another payment. That has posted but had not been taken out of my bank account. Frustrated. I’m trying to be responsible with keeping up on my payments. Only for this to happen. So far, 2 payments of the 5 or 6 payments I tried to make have gone through. My bank has plenty of funds, so there should be no problem with the bank. Mission has the right bank info since they were able to take out the first payment before they sent it back. Don’t understand why this has to be so difficult. With todays technology, these issues should not exist. Everything is based online now. This company seems like it’s a brand new company barely adjusting to technology in the 80s. If I can unlock my deadbolt from my phone app from across the country, why is it so difficult to do a simple transaction of accepting a payment online? And for that to take 3-5 days if it even goes through. It’s as if they keep things this way to set up people for failure to make money. If they never received a payment, they can’t hedge late fees on top of interest. And it would be at no fault of theirs. They will blame it in us or our banks. I’m starting to think this is all a scam. Disappearing payments, reverse payments, can’t get a hold of customer service. Something’s not right about all this. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CARD,,REJECTED ON LINE,,,THEN I GOT A NUMBER CALLED MY PIN NO# WILL NOT REVEAL WHAT IT IS. IV TRIED TO USE IT ON LINE IS THAT THE CASE REJECTED ON LINE. Made my payment that was due today...didn't know anything about after 5pm goes to next day...I paid at 5:05...please do not want a late fee.

App will not load

The first 6 months of being a card user, the app worked great. I could make my payments directly through the app, see my balance and every transaction. Now I get a blank (white) screen once I enter my login credentials. No account summary, No balance, No transactions, NOTHING. I have to use a computer and go the website to see my account and make payments and see transactions. Somehow I think this defeats the purpose of the app. My phone is updated regularly, the app shows no update needed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least ten times. Still nothing. If anyone who works on this app reads this, please send me advice!

Make a remember me button at sign

The app itself is whatever I wish they would make a remember me button. I don’t like that I have to type my email in every single time. It is annoying and any other banking company has that feature. Have emailed them multiple times but nothing so maybe this will do it. Spend more time typing in my email every day to log in than this review. Everything else is fine, you will see all your transactions within a few days they don’t come up immediately.

Very happy with this credit card choice

I had never heard of this bank or this card before I applied but I am very happy with the decision that I made to go for it anyways. And over a year later, I do not regret it. They have really been awesome, from their customer service, their business practices and even raising my limit twice in that year. I started with a$500 limit and after about 7-8 months (approx??) they increased my limit $100 and then 2-3 months later increased it another $500 for an overall limit if $1100 and it has really been a blessing. I have had zero issues using the online system to make my payments and the payments were credited promptly. (The first month or two they credited the payment as on-time but did not release it to the “open” credit line until the interest payment was taken out. I suspect because I had been close to my limit, I appreciated it!) I have never felt this was like some other cards to improve your credit, where you feel the predatory breathing down your neck as they wait for the chance to charge you a large fee. I feel they want me to succeed and that is indeed a nice feeling. 🤗 Thanks Mission Lane!
