I have installed and reinstalled Livi several times but it will not run. It opens then immediately closes. Why isn't there a version for windows?

Could not sign in the clock on your device is not telling the correct time. Make sure your clock is not set manually and try again! I was able to access to the point of booking an appointment yesterday evening, pity I didn't. Have carried out uninstall/install the problem persists.

Every time I open the Livi app it immediately shows a blank white screen and closes down. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled from the Google Play Store but it still gives the same result.

I have installed LIVI and when I press the app button it displays Livi on a white screen and immediately returns to the list of apps. I am using wifi (good signal) on an android phone.

Close and restart the Livi app on iPhone
Update Livi app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Livi network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Livi app issues:

Force Stop the Livi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Livi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Livi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Livi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Livi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Livi.

Fix Livi unable to contact server/ Livi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Livi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Livi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Livi on android.
