This app has never worked

I received an email I have to open a new account and transfer my points or I will lose them. Olga’s sent me the email and I am following it exactly. Went to download Olgas , it won’t download because I have an existing app. If I delete my existing app I lose the Data attached to it.
When I tried to create a new account it wouldn’t let me it said I had too many attempts to make an account. That was my first try. I went back to Olgas Store to purchase Olgas , I only get to open Olgas . When I use my old login, it says I have to be a guest to order. I am not trying to order. I trying to transfer to the new app. This is ridiculous. I am going to lose these points if I can download a second app.

Always something wrong or missing on my carry out orders.

Last week on my Carryout order, my order of snackers came without the cheese to dip them in & 2 of our sandwiches were ordered with no onions-both of them had a lot of onions. Tonight I ordered an original Olga with three cheese & there was no meat on the Olga, just cheese. I live too far away to drive all the way back to have it corrected. Very disappointed with the carry out service. I guess if I were to order carry out again I will have to not only check to make sure everything is in the bag but also unwrap the sandwiches to make sure they are prepared properly. 🥴

Olga’s App is Trash

I’ve been attempting to use Olgas for more than a year now, and it has only gotten worse as time has gone on. I’m done with Olga’s solely because of how much of a pain Olgas has been. I can log in online, but I can’t place an order online. When I try to log in to Olgas , I get an error that the exact same login I just used online doesn’t exist. I tried to redeem my rewards, and it tells me that I redeemed my rewards, but when I went to go pick up my order, the order was never placed, so now I’m out of points and out of an order. Really, really disappointing. Do better, Olga’s.

Save your time, never works

Downloaded this on the false premise that doing so would get me a free basket smackers (false advertising). I even emailed Olgas developer whose response was useless and didn’t solve the issue in any capacity. No matter what time of day I attempt to use Olgas to order carry out or delivery, it legitimately has never worked once for me and I always have to end up using a food delivery service for extra cash. I deleted Olgas as it did nothing and never worked to order food. Until this app hires legitimate app designers that are capable of creating a *working* app, I’m spending my money elsewhere.

Another Big Fail Update, Olga’s!

This latest update says no account with my email exists. When I try to create a new account, it says an account already exists and I should log in! Not possible to reset password, because no account exists with my email address. I emailed Olga’s support, and I got an automated response saying I’d hear from a person soon. I can’t log in, can’t use my many reward points, and Olga’s doesn’t respond. Look at all the reviews with similar issues, and no response (nor a new update from Olga’s). Olga’s, you’ve lost me as a customer.

One very frustrating drawback

Olgas lets you go through the whole process of picking the location, curbside or delivery, selecting all your items & customizations…and waits until checkout to tell you the restaurant is closed or not accepting orders.
This just happened to me at 6:30pm on a Friday night, for a restaurant with listed hours of 10am-10pm on Olgas .
Almost all other food ordering apps will not let you select a location if the restaurant isn’t accepting orders, especially now in the time of COVID & reduced hours for labor shortages. Figure it out Olga’s!!!!

Door Dash? Missing Food? Leaving me on hold to fix??

Ordered through Olga’s app but the store used Door dash for delivery. Conveyed by text through app and phone call with driver where to meet but still did not drop at correct location. Took another 10” to get food. Items were missing. Door dash would not help. The store put me on hold > 10” to fix. Totally understand everyone’s under resourced but this is not a convenient/reliable way of ordering food if you have only 30 minutes to eat.

App? What app?

I recently downloaded Olgas, when a new location opened not far from home. I was able to set up an account and saw my immediate rewards available. This evening, I went to login as I’m heading there for dinner. But wait! I have no account! I am unable to login and I am unable to request a password and I am unable to sign up. Nothing works. Obviously there is a major glitch, as I’m not the only person recently noting this problem. Please look into this.

Login

I went to Olgas to do a takeout and it prompted me to update Olgas , which I did. I forgot my password and I reset it, but when I went to login afterwards, it wouldn’t let me sign in. I tried several times and it didn’t work. I had to go to the website and sign in, which I had no problem doing, and do an order that way. I couldn’t do an order on Olgas as a guest, it kept wanting me to sign in. Hoping when I try again at a later time it’ll work.

Can’t login-rewards account is gone

I had tons of reward points and I cannot login to redeem them or even login to order. My entire account is just non-existent now. This is so stupid. Unfortunately, I don’t see us returning as customers, as I have to go through this long, drawn out process every time I want to order online. In 2021, a technology problem that could be solved by a 12 year old, really shouldn’t be costing you customers.

Great if you enjoy frustration

Do you like spending time placing items in a cart only to be greeted by a nondescript error message when you get to the very last step in checking out? If so then Olgas is for you! I’m not sure why Olga’s upgraded to this new system (mid June 2021) but it is much worse than the old ordering system. Please bring back the mostly functional old app and the old rewards system too.

Don’t bother ordering..

My first time ordering. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. One server who saw me said she would get someone to help but no one showed up. Manager even walked by....no acknowledgement of 4 people waiting to get orders already paid that were sitting in the counter. 4 tables w/guest in the dining room and see at least 5 staff. My food was cold. I even tried to submit feedback on Olgas to get “sorry something went wrong”. It sure did..

Horrible app

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I always used to order on the website and never had an issue picking up an order. Decided to get Olgas to “save time” when in reality, my ready time was an hour wait for two items. Apparently the store does not get your order until “10 minutes before the ready time”. NEVER had an issue like this on the website. Sad excuse for an app to “save time”.

Order wrong

Just picked up my carry out order. I asked twice if there was extra Olga sauce and extra cheese for the Snackers in the bag was told “yes” as if I was bothering them. Got home- no Olga sauce on the sandwich or in the bag. Same with the extra cheese for the snackers. Will be going to a different Olga’s that can get things right from now on. I usually check myself and then they have to go and add it to the bag. Do they not read the special requests on the order?

Rude

Spoke with some man in the phone about my order bc I was concerned about a mess up with my order pretty sure you guys still messed up my order and the man was very rude on the phone he kept interrupting me as I tried to talk and then hung up abruptly and had a very rude time with me. Very unimpressed and turned off and I still believe you messed up my order

Used to love

I aways used Olgas . For some reason my Face ID and password were removed. Now every time I try to log back on it tells nothing matches. Try to reset it and get a big OOPS network error. Not that I want to but try to make a new one and that option doesn’t work at all. Maybe if the issue gets fixed I will change my review but for now it’s a one or less.

Order wring

I order every week, yet something is wrong each time. This time they didn’t even make their signature grilled chicken Olga correct. Wrong condiment that is always on it and I paid for Swiss cheese but didn’t get!! They are not following customize requests. 2nd sandwich had wrong condiment also. More staff in kitchen, less dine in customers so I would think they can pay attention!!!

Mobile order

Very disappointed with this store not sure if this is every store but the one on Eureka Road in Taylor automatically added a tip in without me even knowing it until after I place the order and I cannot cancel the tip. Don’t get me wrong I do tip but I do not want it to be automatically added onto my order without my knowledge.

Rewards don’t work so well

If you’d like cheese, on anything it costs extra even on steak and cheese Olga. If you have a reward you’d like to use, Olgas makes it difficult to use and take double the points! Just not very helpful at all! Easier and probably more beneficial to phone in your order! At least it won’t over charge you!

Issues with update

Every since you guys changed the layout of Olgas , I’ve had issues. I used to have no problem locating the area where I could quickly order a past order. Now, it’s no longer on the homepage and whenever I press “reorder,” it doesn’t work. Olgas used to be very user friendly, but the new update is cluttered and it is harder to find things. Please fix “reorder” button on next update.

The App Doesn’t Work At All

I have ordered through Olgas numerous time before they updated something, and now it won’t even let me login with my account. I try to set up a new one following the direction within Olgas and it kicks me out time and time again after I order. Too difficult to use.

Terrible App

Every time I use Olgas to order there is a bug (or three). Trying to use curbside, I enter my vehicle info and Olgas hangs. Try again and it hangs. Ok I’ll use carry out!

I add 2 items onto my bag, but want to edit an item to add the option of light sauce. So I do that and try to add the edited item to the bag. Nope - I get a nonsensical error that this item is not part of this order.

Lastly, it automatically adds a 15% tip. For curbside I’ll gladly tip but for carry out I don’t see the need to tip someone for handing me a bag.

Sneaky.

LOVE Olgas - Ordering by this App doesn’t work!

Each time I try to order with Olgas it doesn’t allow me to set up/log into my account. Says I can order as a guest but sends me back to the infinite loop of login/sign up that doesn’t work! Frustrating!!

Olgas 23 & Hayes

After many times bad service, cold and slow food at this app at 18 & Garfield, decided to try the 23 & Hayes location. Wow, what a difference. We had a party of 9. We were seated quickly and our server Victoria was very pleasant and patient. Our food was hot and fresh. The salads were cold and fresh as well. This is difinetly our new location. Thank you Victoria for giving us a wonderful experience.

Good restaurant app

Handy for paying checks and ordering very customizable food

Two issues:
The ink in the store receipt printers is usually low so that scanning the code on receipts only works about half the time. I often have to type the code

The points to earn dinner and a movie seems to have an extra zero. 2500 points earns $30. The 50000 asked for for dinner and a movie is 20x as many points as previous reward $30 x 20 = $600. That’s some movie. My guess is it is supposed to be 5000 or about $60.

When you’re hungry and it fails

Not sure what the deal is. It no longer has any of my past orders nor will it let me order now. It always worked fine and all of a sudden, nothing. It let’s you get all the way to confirm. I press it....nothing. It blinks at you, the little wheel turns for a millisecond and then nothing. So very disappointing. Seems like a very simple issue to fix, yet, after coming to Olgas Store to see if I needed an update, I see this has been an ongoing issue. Please fix this. In days where companies fight for business, a simple convenience like ordering online goes a long way.

Location Limitations

Downloaded Olgas today but when asked to provide my favorite location (of which I have a few) none were listed in the provided location list. Actually I have three locations near places I frequent and NONE of them are listed (Canton, Kentwood, and Monroe). So Olgas is basically a read only app. I can’t place orders for my favorite locations and therefore probably can’t earn rewards. The computer website lists all locations but it’s not a very mobile reference and certainly not convenient when traveling around the state. What a shame but what a waste!

App still broken after months

Olgas does not let me order food... after getting to the Place Order part, it takes me back to an earlier step of updating my profile. I enter the same info a second time, and then it just conks out saying “Something went wrong.” It did this to me a month or two ago also. Skip Olgas and just order on their website.

Useless app

Endless loop. I log in and enter my order and payment info, then it asks me to log in again and enter all my personal info a second time. Once I hit enter there it asks for my payment info again, then it asks me to log in again and enter my personal info. This cycle never ends. I contacted customer service and they had no idea why it didn’t work.

Curbside pickup doesn’t work

Twice now I have chosen curbside pick up- it has me out in my vehicle info and then no one brings me my food. Both times I have gone in and was told it came through as in store pick up. The store also said others have complained about this- it’s an issue with Olgas .

Can’t log in

We ate at the Chesterfield location, provided my email and the server found us for rewards. While waiting, downloaded Olgas , used forgot password and app responded with “we are unable to access your information.” I don’t want to sign up again and lose my rewards. Server even said they know Olgas doesn’t work well.
