Please read this review and don’t use KidzDocNow. I used KidzDocNow as a last resort because I have a 2 month old at home and didn’t feel like going to the doctors for my older daughter who needed a note from the doctor to be able to go back to school after having the stomach flue. First of all KidzDocNow glitched when I selected one doctor and then all the sudden kicked me out of the “waiting room” and I had to begin the process again with another doctor. My visit was 6min of the doctor telling she can’t do anything to help me.
The all did not allow me to use my regular insurance that this doctors office accepts and the next day I found out that I was charged double for the visit ! When I called customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it ! What !! So they charge me $59 for a 6 minute chat that helped me in no way and on top of that another payment of $59 was also pending one my account this Means I can’t use that money because they are holding it. Customer service told me I have to wait 7-10 business days and only if that 2nd payment goes through can I call again to get it reversed, it’s ridiculous!!!

Spent 5 hours in the “waiting room”. Once you are placed in the waiting room, it tells you how many people are in front of you. In the 5 hours I spent waiting there was several times I had one person in front of me and then 2 minutes later it said I had 2 or 3 people waiting like I was being skipped over. When it finally said I was next to be seen, KidzDocNow crashed and I lost my place in line. By the time I was able to get back in KidzDocNow , there was 11 people waiting in front of me so I gave up not wanting to spend another 5 hours waiting. I logged into my private health insurance tele health services and got the help I needed within 20 minutes. Don’t know why KidzDocNow has so many positive ratings. Will never use again. It was a waste of time and never got the help I needed.

KidzDocNow kept us in the waiting room for over 2 hours, counting down patients ahead of us 5,4,3 then all of a sudden, back to 4. No response from the chat room to my questions. If I were the administrator of pediatric associates, I would run away from KidzDocNow as it makes them incompetent. I’m going to leave this review on all the the social media that I can and even send an email to Pediatric Associates corporate.

By the way technical assistance was completely useless too. I would give KidzDocNow zero stars if I could. If you have a sick child, don’t rely on this platform!!!!!

Pediatric Associates is a joke in general! To even get an appointment for a sick visit it takes up to 3-4 days, by then why even go?!?! So that’s why they make an app for faster and more convenient way to get attended which is a straight joke!! Every single time and I mean “ALL THE TIME” the wait to see a physician is about 30-1hr when placed as a next patient. Today I tried to see a physician and when I waited literally about 40 mins it seemed as is the call was about to begin and for some reason it just threw me back to the wait list and then said that I was behind one patient. It’s literally a waist of time!!

This whole app is ridiculous. If your doctor sends the visit to a different email than the one you signed up with it says your not the right person to get into the appointment. Took over an hour to visit with my first Doctor , then I was told I needed to pay the fee before she could continue and told me to log out and sign back in pay the fee and she will be waiting for me. I have Medicaid I don’t pay a copay ever. When I logged back in it went to the payment and then it logged me out and when I logged back in it didn’t ask for the fee but they connected me with a different doctor than who I was speaking with BUT her name was exactly the same. So I don’t know if it was a glitch or some kind of scam but it’s a red flag. This is also the 5th attempt at using online app through KidzDocNow and this is the 1st time it’s ever worked. So frustrating.

I’m a full time worker and mommy of 2 and sometimes is very complicated to go to a doctor after hours and only option is urgent care which can take lots of time. However, with KidzDocNow is very easy and convenient to have a doctors appointment like me now at 2:30am with a sick child. I truly appreciate the fact that we can have a doctor that can be there for us parents with our children sickness and without having to wait at a hospital or urgent care. Thank you doctors that stay after hours for our families ❤️

It was very convenient knowing I have somewhere else to go and I can do everything from my phone I like the technology that was in vented everything gets done from your phone on the go and the the doctor was clear from her phone and I could hear very well. I have no complaints or concerns I will recommend parents or to use KidzDocNow more often

Dr. Prato was so awesome. I was up at 2:30 am this morning worried about my granddaughters cough and my efforts to treat her cold. It’s been many years and my home skills aren’t what they used to be. Searched my email looking for the Pediatrician email so I could log in to make an appointment. When I typed Pediatric Associates in my iPhone search I saw the this app App. Sign up and log in took all a 10 minutes. The wait to see Dr. Prato was another 5. All I can say is this is phenomenal and the recommendations and reassurance that I’m doing what is needed and advice on the things I was unsure of was PRICELESS!!! Oh did I say WOW!

I had called my local pediatric associates office for a sick visit and was told they were all booked for the evening, which made me a little stressed out trying to figure out how and when to take more time off from work. The phone rep understood my plight and recommended a t-appointment and I was very excited as I was previously unaware of the service being available for young kids. To get to the point, it was very convenient, the nurse was able to access patient files and I was able to upload pics of what was happening with my child as well as have follow appts scheduled all on the same video call and app!!! Well done to design crew and medical staff!!!

I think KidzDocNow is great is just like waiting for the doctor to call on you but you can’t wait at your home. The doctor was very caring compassionate and answer my question I feel very well that my child got to see the doctor and she notice that he was doing fine. I highly recommend this to parents

Pediatric Associates is absolutely wonderful I have taken both my kids there since birth. Today I had the need to speak or see a doctor right away and I was able to get a Tele visit with Nurse Ruth .The lady I believe her name is Mary that got me the appointment was absolutely wonderful and Nurse Ruth is just amazing. I would highly recommend always usingPediatric associates for all of your children health needs!!

I’ve used this service twice now and both times have been amazing. We all hate taking our little ones to the doctors office, waiting around the germs, especially when they are already not feeling well and are cranky. I was able to use the video chat feature to show the doctor what they needed to see, and get the advice and reassurance I needed when my baby is sick. Highly recommend this for any parent!

We were able to quickly jump on with a nurse practitioner for a visit. Using the phone was actually a great way for a closeup of our child’s symptoms and we were given great care and a diagnosis.

KidzDocNow is easy to use and this is a great added feature for parents anytime not just during a pandemic

It is AMAZING! You save a trip to the emergency room and your child getting sicker there with infections or viruses she currently doesn't have! The doctors are amazing, they know by just looking at your child which is pretty much most of the time in person as well, You just have to explain your situation and I recommend everyone to use this when You are thinking to go to the Emergency room but you are not completely sure if to go or not!

Amazing what technology could do these days. So much better to wait in the comfort of our home and still get to talk to a doctor/nurse with results of having prescription medication sent to my closest pharmacy.

At the doctor’s office I would have to wait 3 hours and would not have a guarantee to actually seeing a doctor because the patients exceed the capacity. So I’m very grateful for having this video call. 5 starts for the this app app! 👍

It saved me a trip to the doctors office and it worked perfectly! I would definitely recommend KidzDocNow to other parents if the issue is not as serious, like my son’s rash. The nurse practitioner was able to see the bite on his leg via the camera and she told me what to do and what to get and to monitor him for 48 hours. Much better than going to sit in the doctor’s office and wait for an hour before he was seen. I will definitely be using this again!

What a gem!! I’ve used this a couple of times when I had concerns for my child. It has saved us multiple trips and we also don’t have to wait for an appointment. I’ve had a great experience every time with great health professionals that answer my questions and provide wonderful guidance, and get us the help we need. I’m so grateful and feel comfortable and confident using this service. Highly recommended!

This evening I had the pleasure of using this platform in order to help my son with his feet. Dr. Walke was truly professional, warm and educated about the possible scenarios that my son could be experiencing. Throughout the call she smiled and guided us on how to help her get a better insight on pain, walking& shoe brand.

Next, using this service allowed myself and son to be protected snd comfortable within our own home. Lastly, she arranged follow up call, office appointments and referrals.

As a parent, I often find myself with the Doctors’ number near by to set office visits for many reasons such as yearly check ups and even sick days. My daughter wasn’t feeling very well and asked if we could schedule a virtual visit so I did. It was not hard to follow through with the registration. I received a link and downloaded KidzDocNow . I answered a few questions and waited in the virtual waiting room. The doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She gave good medical advice to follow up with. Thank you!

We have used this service twice now and it is absolutely fabulous! Having the option to have your child seen in the comfort of your home by the best pediatricians out there!!!! So thankful. This service tops unnecessary ER/Urgent Care trips just to be misdiagnosed. There are not enough words to describe how grateful my family is to have this service available to us. KidzDocNow is amazing and the doctors have answered all my questions on the two occasions I’ve scheduled an video appointment.

This is great if you don’t really need to sit at the doctor for a couple of hours, but need answers for whatever might be happening with your kids that will potentially make you loose sleep. :D

Needed an after hours appointment and nurse recommended a video chat appointment since it was the only thing available. Within the next two hours I was basically “FaceTimeing” with the doctor. This is beyond convenient and definitely recommended it.

Sooo convenient i love it! I m a mom of two and this help me soo much as i don t have the car all the time. I’m a clinical manager for Pediatric Associates this was the first time I was able to try the telemedicine visit. I must say I love it. After a long day at work, the last thing I wanted to do is make an appointment for after hours. This was one of the best visit I had. Job well done team!

It’s 2am. Thank God for this because the last thing we want to do is sit in a waiting room in urgent care right now. Of course you do what you have to, but it was good to have this to screen his symptoms. Thank God it’s only a stomach bug and the medicine is on it’s way to the pharmacy now! I love it.

What an amazing experience , We saw a provider who took his time to answer all our questions and take a look at my daughters eyes and acne and the prescription went to the pharmacy ! That saved me over 2.5 hours of travel and wait . Highly recommended app to use .

Today was my first time using this and boy was this helpful!!! Working 8days straight wouldn’t have allowed me to visit the doctors office for my toddler. The doctor Donna was soooo pleasant and informational, in a timely manner. Appointment was as scheduled down to the exact minute 5:20pm. KidzDocNow is everything ❤️❤️❤️

My newborn has been super fussy after being introduced to a new formula. I was very worried that something was wrong. I am supplementing as my supply isn’t great, but when I do, she is a pain to deal with. Using KidzDocNow allowed me to not have to make a visit to the doctor to make sure she’s doing ok. Highly recommend for first time moms!🥳

Thank you for providing KidzDocNow....it was so convenient for me especially because I was running late for my son’s physical appt. and I have a four month old who needed to be fed....once I recalled that KidzDocNow was available I made use of it quickly! I was able to get assistance right away....it saved me time and avoided a whole lot of rushing and frustrations! THANK YOU!

What a convenient way to treat minor ailments and save a trip to the drs office! Great app - functionality is perfect. You can upload pictures if needed and provide detail and then send the summary of the call to multiple recipients. Overall great experience - Dr. Fakhre was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and so nice.
