Awful app and awful customer service

Please read this review and don’t use this app. I used this app as a last resort because I have a 2 month old at home and didn’t feel like going to the doctors for my older daughter who needed a note from the doctor to be able to go back to school after having the stomach flue. First of all the app glitched when I selected one doctor and then all the sudden kicked me out of the “waiting room” and I had to begin the process again with another doctor. My visit was 6min of the doctor telling she can’t do anything to help me. The all did not allow me to use my regular insurance that this doctors office accepts and the next day I found out that I was charged double for the visit ! When I called customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it ! What !! So they charge me $59 for a 6 minute chat that helped me in no way and on top of that another payment of $59 was also pending one my account this Means I can’t use that money because they are holding it. Customer service told me I have to wait 7-10 business days and only if that 2nd payment goes through can I call again to get it reversed, it’s ridiculous!!!

Waste of time

Spent 5 hours in the “waiting room”. Once you are placed in the waiting room, it tells you how many people are in front of you. In the 5 hours I spent waiting there was several times I had one person in front of me and then 2 minutes later it said I had 2 or 3 people waiting like I was being skipped over. When it finally said I was next to be seen, the app crashed and I lost my place in line. By the time I was able to get back in the app, there was 11 people waiting in front of me so I gave up not wanting to spend another 5 hours waiting. I logged into my private health insurance tele health services and got the help I needed within 20 minutes. Don’t know why this app has so many positive ratings. Will never use again. It was a waste of time and never got the help I needed.

Horrible App. Waist of your time!!!!

Pediatric Associates is a joke in general! To even get an appointment for a sick visit it takes up to 3-4 days, by then why even go?!?! So that’s why they make an app for faster and more convenient way to get attended which is a straight joke!! Every single time and I mean “ALL THE TIME” the wait to see a physician is about 30-1hr when placed as a next patient. Today I tried to see a physician and when I waited literally about 40 mins it seemed as is the call was about to begin and for some reason it just threw me back to the wait list and then said that I was behind one patient. It’s literally a waist of time!!
