English version does not work on G1 this app printer.

I have been back and forth with customer service since the beginning of March bc Memobird will not work with my device. They have not been able to fix the problem and now my device, doesn’t print. They said it was unusual and to submit a request for return/refund. They still have not responded or given me instructions on how to return this $80 device. I will be submitting a chargeback with my credit card. DO NOT BUY!! Company is a fraud. I only wish I reviewed these reviews before purchasing.

I want refund or fix within 24hours

I can’t log in and can’t register a new one. So The whole machine is useless now! I want a refund!

1. Can not login with previous credentials.
2. Can even create a NEW account with the previous registered phone number.
3. Can not pair with the G2 this app, QR scan failed consistently

It was fine before, but after the update it doesn’t work as before. NO fonts, doesn’t print properly, lost all my history and drafts... AWFUL!

All of a sudden the font change feature is gone! The marketing show printed images in much higher quality than the printer is capable of printing... Seems like these are such basic changes that would make this an amazing little printer...Had hoped to finally have a fun and practical way to print notes!

Pretty bad update when you lose the small amount of features that were offered :(

The developers of Memobird need to fix all glitches when ‘binding’ or syncing the device. Was appalled at their customer service when they suggested I install a Chinese app all in Chinese to download their ‘version’. Have it all in one platform instead of making it difficult.

Every update breaks something, and makes Memobird more difficult to use. Super frustrating since I loved using Memobird to swap notes with my elderly mother, but with all the changes and issues it’s become too difficult for her to navigate too.

Please fix! It locks my keyboard and I have to shut down my phone in order to use the keyboard in other apps!!

Browser cannot bookmark websites. Cannot print from its browser when connected to the Internet via cellular. Requires wifi.

However the problem fixed soon and the support email replied at the same day.

So it’s been awhile since I’ve sent someone a note. My print screen shows an incomplete note. Also, when I type the screen does not automatically scroll down to the next line. After the latest update, it now scrolls down but it shows only the top of the cursor so I still can’t see what I’m typing. When adding images it messes up the note really bad. I’d like to request a few features, IFTTT functionality and to bring back the this app game. These two features made the this app so awesome to use. Also, an email assigned to the this app would be great to easily send notes from an email account.

Update: now when I try to make larger images, it glitches. The image shakes rapidly when I try to move it around the note.

I’m going on a month long trip and I will be using this app to write cute notes to my husband ❤️

Creating to do lists for my kids really keeps them on track. Great for printing notes for lunches and bugging my wife with inappropriate messages.

UPDATE: Recent update now allows friend requesting and device binding. It’s been so long since it worked 😩, thank you! 😀

Will not bind with newest iOS version. Please help! Unable to use this app ☹️
