Device and App do not work- poor customer service

I have been back and forth with customer service since the beginning of March bc the app will not work with my device. They have not been able to fix the problem and now my device, doesn’t print. They said it was unusual and to submit a request for return/refund. They still have not responded or given me instructions on how to return this $80 device. I will be submitting a chargeback with my credit card. DO NOT BUY!! Company is a fraud. I only wish I reviewed these reviews before purchasing.
Every update breaks something

Every update breaks something, and makes the app more difficult to use. Super frustrating since I loved using this app to swap notes with my elderly mother, but with all the changes and issues it’s become too difficult for her to navigate too.
Useless waste of money

The developers of the app need to fix all glitches when ‘binding’ or syncing the device. Was appalled at their customer service when they suggested I install a Chinese app all in Chinese to download their ‘version’. Have it all in one platform instead of making it difficult.
