Hi, I have a Movavi Video Editor Plus subscription that I am using since several years. My subscription is via the Apple store. My subscription expires on April 26th 2023. Now when I launch Movavi on my Mac, I get a banner that tells me to activate Video Editor Plus. It asks me to subscribe but I am already subscribed. When I export my videos now I have a watermark in the middle of the video. How can I fix this issue ASAP. Thanks

How to fix Movavi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Movavi app on iPhone
Update Movavi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Movavi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Movavi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Movavi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Movavi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Movavi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Movavi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Movavi » click [Force Stop]

Update Movavi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Movavi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Movavi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Movavi.

Fix Movavi unable to contact server/ Movavi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Movavi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Movavi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Movavi
