The Record button hasn't worked for 3 weeks. I have reported the problem to Apple numerous times. There is no update currently available. I am scared that if I delete the app and reinstall it (in an attempt to 'fix' the problem) that I will lose all saved projects!

I can’t move or resize any of the titles with any consistency. Sometimes yes, but mostly no. Stickers work better, but only about 75% of the time. Also, I have to close clips and reopen in order to add new clips or music.

How to fix Clips app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clips app on iPhone
Update Clips app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clips iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clips on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clips network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clips Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clips not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clips App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clips » click [Force Stop]

Update Clips to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clips App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clips » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clips.

Fix Clips unable to contact server/ Clips internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clips » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clips » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clips
