Used L9 watch until recent fundo update and now get use legal devise etc. Have tried earlier versions without success. Manufacturer did not reply to emails. Bought another watch of alternative manufacture. This seems to be the best solution so avoid future grief.

My steps won't refresh every day. And it won't reset. My steps from the day before shows up on next day I just got last Friday. I disconnected the device to see if the problem will be resolved but it didn't. The update is on it latest version.

Salve, vorrei evidenziare un problema riguardante l'orologio che uso da più anni, tutto una volta dice "dispositivo illegale, per favore usa autentico". Potresti risolvere questo problema. I own an LG phone (LGK520K). I bought a F35 smartwatch in January, 2021. At first everything worked fine...the watch paired with the phone and so did the FunDo Pro app. Then in the middle of March this year the watch (or the FunDo app...I suspect the app) would not connect with the FunDo Pro app. The phone showed the F35 as "connected to call audio and media" but FunDo would not see the watch at all...despite many reinstalls and unpairing. So frustrating!!! The watch is now basically useless! Do something, FunDo!

Fundo development, get your house in order. Thousands of watch owners cannot use your app due to ‘illegal device’ message. If FunDo Pro is not a working open source app why advertise it works with iOS and make it available on the Apple store? It doesn’t work at all with iOS as of December 2020.

had just done an update on 22/11/2020. On 24/11/2020 morning, my watch are unable to sync. No matter how many times I add device. It connect then show, 'Illegal devices. Pls use genuine'. After that, it has auto unpair my device. What is happening again. Pls rectified the problem. If using the apps that keeps telling you to use genuine, these apps is not being supported by the genuine device too. If the apps is meant to support other devices, stop telling using genuine devices. If customer purchase smartwatches online, are all those consider as illegal devices? If so, pls remove all so as not to confuse buyers. Tks.

After 2 weeks of use I suddenly notified me that my smartwatch is an illegal. First it wouldn't even accept the connection with the watch anymore, but since version 1.7.8 is connects again. But it still tells me the watch is illegal. All contact links to the developer do not work or are broken. How to inform them?

Terrible

Got the smart watch for Christmas and followed all instructions to the letter. Charged the watch, downloaded the app. Turned on the watch and made sure my Bluetooth was active. Opened the program and tapped add device and all I ever get is Bluetooth not active or no device found. Rebooted watch, rebooted phone, tried reinstalling app all to no avail. What a disappointment, was really hoping this watch was going to work for me, and wife was upset because she thought she had found the perfect gift.

Did not connect and charger issues

Everything was just fine until I could not connect it to Bluetooth. Then when I went to charge it the adapter that goes into the watch wasn’t even the same shape, I couldn’t not even get it half in. I assumed there was an adapter that I dropped, but I never found one. 1 out of 5 stars, don’t recommend buying this. Not worth the frustration.

Keep getting an error message that my device is illegal, and to use genuine. Well dumb🤬 I’m using the original and this the application y’all have that supposedly work with the watch. Never again will I purchase anything from these people.
