System app has crashed. I have deleted and download it and tried to reprogram and it will not work. Find another app, don’t use this one if you plan on using your heat and air unit for your primary source to stay warm and cool you, may be looking for other alternatives.
I can’t unpair my phone number from this app

I’ve reached out to your support team to explain that I don’t have access to the device my phone is bound. I can’t unpair this device because I haven’t used the app in a year. I can’t manually reset the device either. I should be permanently bound to one device. Please fix this!
