- Love the app, actually has more controls then the remote.
- No issues so far and and I use it daily with my mini split air conditioner.
- Better than Mitsubishi.
- Works perfectly.
It wont scan the qr code thats given in the manual. Its keep saying scan the qr code...when I am!!
System app has crashed. I have deleted and download it and tried to reprogram and it will not work. Find another app, don’t use this one if you plan on using your heat and air unit for your primary source to stay warm and cool you, may be looking for other alternatives.
I’ve reached out to your support team to explain that I don’t have access to the device my phone is bound. I can’t unpair this device because I haven’t used SmartLifeSmartHome in a year. I can’t manually reset the device either. I should be permanently bound to one device. Please fix this!
I find it very hard to just to Connect to my AC unit I spent an hour and a half trying it I’m gaving up this needs to be fixed
App would not open without a QR Code Scan from instructions or Verification Code.
The Scan failed multiple times and there is no way to get a Verification Code without inputing a phone number or email address. At this point, I’m stymied.
App no longer works. Developer has not complied with Apple privacy requirements. Instructions poorly worded. Very bad translation. No support.
I couldn’t get it to work at all. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money.
Downloaded it and it won’t even let me scan it even after I downloaded a scanner app
I don’t have anymore the scan codes with me
But I have my accounts, with all my devices in the account, I can’t log in!
Having issues putting my device back into SmartLifeSmartHome . A good app though.
Better than Mitsubishi

Antes de llegar a la casa enciendo el aire y cuando llego a la casa está frío
Works perfectly !
I have electric UFH with a Freedom Wi-Fi thermostat linked to Smartlife app on Apple M1 Pro iPad. I open the app and can select the thermostat but none of the menu buttons (power, mode, child lock and settings) on the thermostat in the app work. I do get a weak Wi-Fi signal message when selecting the thermostat. However moving the iPad to adjacent to the thermostat changes nothing. The Wi-Fi signal indicator on the thermostat shows a strong signal. The thermostat has a child lock indicator which I cannot turn off at the thermostat or on the app. So I have no means of control. Your advice would be appreciated
