So we don’t run a carfax report until someone files a claim huh? I didn’t know my car had a salvaged title. I got your raggedy service because my brother recommended you people. I drive over the 600 miles needed for coverage and the moment I file you tow my car to a facility that can do the work that day but now I have to wait Friday when I started my claim, over the weekend because convenient you guys don’t work but wanna run a warranty company really smart. Then the whole day Monday because you people want me to cancel and you not cover. Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone reading or anyone looking for a warranty. Go to literally anyone else!!!! Run don’t walk!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
CarShield will not load and hasn’t for a while it’s just a blank screen even to go online the website doesn’t even help you out it’s very frustrating

Service is terrible and a waste of money. I have been dealing with an open claim for 9 months with no resolution! I have attempted numerous times to cancel the account and still get charged!

Parts are cover after I used my this app membership they told me that diagnostic are not cover under also the shop is charging me 6 hours of labor and this app is only paying 4 so for a 1600 bill I have to pay half of it. DO NOT GET CRASHIELD
Why has CarShield not been opening for months???? But yet I am being charged monthly ??? I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter….
Today is January 4th 2025 and I received a email saying CarShield was up and running… However after re downloading it CarShield still is not working.. I am confused as to why this app would contact me with false information….
I’ve had car shield since 2020. App worked great until this summer. Can’t get in at all says my email is invalid no matter what I type. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. I called tech support only to be told months ago they were aware and fixing but so far nothing. I thought this was a big company. Makes no sense.
Stupid app don’t even launch when reinstalled. These developers should be ashamed.
I just picked up Car shield yesterday after spending time on the phone with the stellar sales person. They had me convinced I had made the right choice. I had already checked out some reviews.A mix of good & bad. I come here download CarShield . It doesn’t work at all.. It won’t even open so I’ll be spending tomorrow finding an alternative while I have time to bail.
My app shows I have no current coverage, when I do. I deleted and reinstalled and it still shows no coverage
CarShield seems okay so far, however, when it comes to making payments, it REALLY needs to show when the monthly payments are due. I click on the coverage folder for my car, and it just shows what I owe, not WHEN. My other apps will show when things are due monthly, like “payment due on 7/1/24”, something like that. Nope. Just shows what into pay each month. It kinda confuses me because it just shows that and nothing else.
Love that you can pull up all the info and even call roadside assistance from their app!

Having CarShield is so convenient for me. I don’t like to call places if I don’t have to. With CarShield , I can download my contract to review, update payment info and get roadside assistance.
CarShield is user friendly and provides the Information I need. It give the customers easy access to there roadside assistances, contract info and this app Rewards!
They have supported me in so many fixes on my car they don’t always cover everything needed but at least the majority of the cost is covered! Much appreciated
