Don’t get CarShield, when I got it they told that all
Parts are cover after I used my CarShield membership they told me that diagnostic are not cover under also the shop is charging me 6 hours of labor and CarShield is only paying 4 so for a 1600 bill I have to pay half of it. DO NOT GET CRASHIELD

The app will not load and hasn’t for a while it’s just a blank screen even to go online the website doesn’t even help you out it’s very frustrating

Service is terrible and a waste of money. I have been dealing with an open claim for 9 months with no resolution! I have attempted numerous times to cancel the account and still get charged!
