Good app , nice features and all ... just need to improve the features are hanging , we don’t get to know if the service is down not to use for the main time or not ... we need upfront notifications and a also notifications when money has been credited but ALAT should also be enabled please do something the features are hanging the online debit card has not been loading this newly updated app ... I’m having real issue I feel like withdrawing from here

I couldn’t login into ALAT because it was showing login error and I uninstalled ALAT and reinstalled it again. Then I wanted to login and it was showing me if I wanted to make the device my primary device because the phone am using now isn’t the one I used to open the account and it said I should click yes or click cancel to close and proceed with the Login and I couldn’t find any cancel to click and I can’t login now and the this app card is also giving issues. I can’t withdraw at all. All ATMs are rejecting the card even Wema bank own. Am so fed up. I regret ever opening this account

Updates are meant to make app better but it’s been a different case with you people. ALAT has started acting weird since your last 2 updates. ALAT now act up everytime😡. Abeg leave update for people wey sabi update

ALAT has been working perfectly until I was told to update and I rightfully updated it but it has not opened ever since then. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times but I’ve not been able to make use of the bank app ever since

Classic user interface and experience. Best thing that happened to mobile banking! Waiting for new features. Watching out for:
1. Update personal info.
2. Enable and disable SMS/Email notifications
3. Money transfer options (Instant/hold transaction)
4. New payment method (Web payment ID)

I really like ALAT and really have a quick and smart services,very fantastically brilliant and so good to be called a fast and furious app,it’s more than what I can tell you guys enough,unless you get ALAT yourself and confirm it.

ALAT is crashing every time you minimize! And try to get back on it, at first I’ll restart my phone , and it’ll go back I can use it , but now even if I restart it don’t work anymore. Please fix this

I was asked to update ALAT and I didn’t want to do that because I know ALAT can be funny. Now after updating overnight itself I can no longer login since it’s telling me the device I have been using for months now is asking for new verification to switch... switch again into the device I have been using for a while and upon entering the OTP I keep getting something went wrong please try again for over 24 hours now.

If I could give it minus5 I would you’re the worst bank app have ever used in my life and I regret using it charges is outrageous any little thing you’ve removed money I can’t access my money as soon as I want because of your slow system you literally take about an hour to process a transaction you’re the worst bank the people giving it 5star doesn’t know what the star means #worstbankappever

want other bank card to work on the this app app so that I can use my other bank card to deposit money directly to my bank

ALAT has been crashing lately on my phone I tried to uninstall and reinstall at the same time yet the same response popped up, I can't access ALAT any longer it keeps crashing I just don't know if it's only my phone this incident Is occurring, honestly speaking I'm not happy with it, Please fix it, I need feedback on this very fault...

Better than all other apps and this upgraded version makes it easier to do mobile banking, you can generate receipts instantly and also require statement

Whenever I wanted to sign in my account it’s just shutting down on my phone and I don’t know why can you please help me sort the problem soon

App runs smoothly before upgrade but now that it has been upgraded it crashes every-time during transactions . Please do something

Rubbish app ever seen. It's not working on my iPhone 8plus, can't even login at all talking of requesting for ATM card. Can't do anything Mtcheeeew. Rubbish 😡, if I could I wouldn't give you a star, I would give you fuvk finger cause you guys wasted my time 😡 go fix your life mamen, na una dey spoil 9ja cause develop country no fit do this trash, ordinary App una no fit spend money on top ham make he dey work perfectly 😡 Shame

The recent upgrade to v4.0 is great. Love the UI and functionality but there is a bug in cards section. It doesn’t show your debit card. Please fix it. Thanks.

Please work on making the available balance hidden whenever we’re entering the pin to make transactions…!

Your app is whack and you’re programmers are whack too. Your services are way to slow and that is generally even in the banking hall you all are slow on apps the same. I don’t have good experience on ALAT I can’t even log into I can’t even sign up. I’m sure about my email yet it’s asking for a correct email what’s that. TRASH
