4 months agoI'm unable to use my newly created wema account because I've been asleep to provide the absence to my security question, I did that but I got notified that I've exceeded the trial limit that in to reset my Alat pin, I tried doing that but it didn't go through I've not been able to make use of my account in any way and it's affecting me Please do help me out

1 year agoI can't access my account. I requested for a change of number and I've been calling the customer care for months now, yet nothing is done about. When I try to log-in to the app after requesting for change of number, the otp is still sent to my old phone number. Please I need that rectified. Thanks for your assistance.

1 year agoI installed alat app on my iPhone 6 plus but I can get to create my profile because when the pop up comes for me to allow location it stays only a second and goes off and I cannot click on it. I installed the same app on my mum's android phone and it worked perfectly well.

I can’t Login and can’t withdraw
I couldn’t login into the app because it was showing login error and I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. Then I wanted to login and it was showing me if I wanted to make the device my primary device because the phone am using now isn’t the one I used to open the account and it said I should click yes or click cancel to close and proceed with the Login and I couldn’t find any cancel to click and I can’t login now and the ALAT card is also giving issues. I can’t withdraw at all. All ATMs are rejecting the card even Wema bank own. Am so fed up. I regret ever opening this account

Worst experience
I was asked to update the app and I didn’t want to do that because I know this app can be funny. Now after updating overnight itself I can no longer login since it’s telling me the device I have been using for months now is asking for new verification to switch... switch again into the device I have been using for a while and upon entering the OTP I keep getting something went wrong please try again for over 24 hours now.

Worst bank app ever
If I could give it minus5 I would you’re the worst bank app have ever used in my life and I regret using it charges is outrageous any little thing you’ve removed money I can’t access my money as soon as I want because of your slow system you literally take about an hour to process a transaction you’re the worst bank the people giving it 5star doesn’t know what the star means #worstbankappever
