I have very much enjoyed the content of this app, questions are situational and challenging and content is accurate. The exam builder option is great, seeing a percentage metric based on my responses is a wonderful tool. There are some extreme glitches within the app that I’m hoping can be fixed whenever the next update becomes available. They’re pretty frustrating for paying $25 for this app. Most of the time I have to close out and restart the app to resolve the problem. When clicking on the “Quick Ten Exam” option I frequently get a error box that opens prompting me to either click OK or Refresh: “Cannot find Questions”. And I have trouble with the Question of the Day (QOTD) loading...I often get a dialog box that opens that says “Loading Question if the Day...” with a spinning circle of death above it that requires I close out and reopen the app. On 2 occasions now, I have been prompted to enter my email and password as if I’m a new user(?) prior to loading all of my information. Exam readiness section worked the first day I downloaded the app but not after that.

I took the NREMT yesterday (Jan 5, 2019) and the questions in this app are WAY easier than what you get on the real thing. It's still a helpful app but I highly recommend not to rely too much on it. I'd say, if you struggle with the questions in this app then you're not ready for the NREMT. If you do well with the questions in this app like me (i had consistent 90% averages) then you need to be cautious and continue being diligent with your studying!
What I really did NOT like about this app is that the same questions repeated quite a bit, even questions I answered correctly from the get-go. (We're paying for the number of questions! Plus it wastes time)
What I DO like a lot about this app are the explanations with detailed references (book, chapter, page). That way you can easily go back to the book and see for yourself what you missed.

I’ve been using this app for a while now. Overall it stays up to date with the latest information on the NREMT exam. My only complaint is that it will randomly crash on me when I try to start it up. Or it’ll be supper slow to load everything up. It’s also overheated my phone before when it was the only app running, and yes I restart my phone and I keep it updated. I have paid for the entire thing. Overalls it is a great app. I only gave it 3 stars because of how buggy it is. But if you are wanting to be an EMT I strongly suggest you download the app. But be warned that there are sometimes where you will need to be “patient” with this app. Yes that was me trying to make a medical pun... I’m aware that it was not funny. Good luck to those who also desire to be an EMT. :) Highkey use your book and people more though. They more helpful. But this isn’t bad either. :p
