Like others have mentioned, the watch app hangs 90% of the time making it useless. If they can’t figure out how to fix that, they should at least work on allowing you to authenticate from the notification rather than having to open up OctopusAuthenticator .

What psychopath came up with that annoying sound? They have never had to work in an office where it’s constantly going off. Other MGA product has a lower frequency dual tone notification that doesn’t another everyone. We all had to turn off sounds for OctopusAuthenticator it’s that bad.
This is just an awful piece of software that wastes everybody’s time and provides zero value.

Push notifications for the Apple Watch have been broken for months.
Not sure why I have to have notifications on when I always have to manually open OctopusAuthenticator anyway.

Unlike Duo Security OctopusAuthenticator does not include an Apple Watch app. That is a major fail. It makes using it more cumbersome.
OctopusAuthenticator is just another useless attempt at digital security. As usual all this does is make more tedious.
Get the notification on the watch but then still have to use the phone most of the time to unlock the PC.
I can’t open OctopusAuthenticator anymore since the 13.3.1 update, it crashes immediately when starting. Can someone please look into this? I’ve deleted OctopusAuthenticator and clear every cache I can short of restoring my iPhone from scratch. Please fix OctopusAuthenticator!

Worst 2 factor authentication app I have used. Cannot accept request from phone Lock Screen, and even worse every time I open OctopusAuthenticator it asks me to activate Bluetooth even though it doesn’t need Bluetooth.
The Apple Watch notification only works sometimes. The rest of OctopusAuthenticator is great.

The Apple Watch component doesn’t work nearly as well as its Duo counterpart. The screen is stuck indefinitely at “Loading…”
To complete the unlocking sequence, must manually launch the Authenticator Watch app before the prompt is presented to accept or reject the connection request. This needs to be fixed.
When I log in remotely at work I must authenticate 3 times within a minute. for some reason, OctopusAuthenticator forces me to do facial recognition all three times even though they are within a minute. it would be nice if you would set a time limit were facial recognition isn’t necessary if it was recently done. This way I wouldn’t need to angle the phone just perfectly so it picks up my face every single time.
Have recently made the change to this application and it’s literally the talk of the office. My coworker in the cubicle beside me can NOT stop singing it’s praises.
