Not receiving welcome email

Hello I am helping my son with his access to his school website. We have not downloaded the app, but not receiving welcome email or setup email. Which email address does the app sends it to, being I am not being asked to supply my email address?
Can’t open since 13.3.1 update

I can’t open this app anymore since the 13.3.1 update, it crashes immediately when starting. Can someone please look into this? I’ve deleted the app and clear every cache I can short of restoring my iPhone from scratch. Please fix this app!
