Hi. Is my cetus app not playing the movies? I can only see the trailers. It works perfectly in my wife’s samsung but not on my iphone

To resolve CetusPlay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CetusPlay App
1. On android, goto Settings » CetusPlay » click [Force Stop]

Clear CetusPlay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CetusPlay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CetusPlay.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CetusPlay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CetusPlay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CetusPlay
