I have a problem with TVMote

User reports:
No current problems

- Siri shortcuts were broken in the last update

- Not fully adapted to all devices, some options may not be available

- Play and pause button may not work on some devices

- Some users have to constantly reconnect to their LG TV after the most recent update

- Touch pad stopped working on the latest update

- Limited device compatibility, does not work on Panasonic TVs from 2010 and up

- Better marketing is needed to make the app easier to find on the web.

To resolve TVMote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the TVMote App
1. On android, goto Settings » TVMote » click [Force Stop]

Clear TVMote App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TVMote » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TVMote.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TVMote » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TVMote » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TVMote
