How to fix Remox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remox app on iPhone
Update Remox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Remox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Remox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Remox app issues:

Force Stop the Remox App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Remox app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Remox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remox App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Remox app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Remox.

Fix Remox unable to contact server/ Remox internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Remox » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Remox » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remox on android.
