Wifi Clock has the wrong time. When I click basic settings, it’s makes me download the “update” and then the update fails always at 85%. I’ve tried multiple times and it keeps failing. So basically I’m permanently stuck on the wrong time because without the update you can’t change or edit anytning.

How to fix WifiClock app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WifiClock app on iPhone
Update WifiClock app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WifiClock iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WifiClock on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WifiClock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WifiClock Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WifiClock not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WifiClock App
1. On android, goto Settings » WifiClock » click [Force Stop]

Update WifiClock to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WifiClock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WifiClock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WifiClock.

Fix WifiClock unable to contact server/ WifiClock internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WifiClock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WifiClock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WifiClock
