PerxHealth assumes you want to be slave to your device and does not allow that you might actually be on schedule but not report within their timeframe or else doesn’t trust your honesty. They try to entice you with thinly veiled rewards that are actually adds to get you to buy other products.
I use PerxHealth with Aspire Allergy to remind me to take my allergy drops every day. Since I’ve been using PerxHealth for two years, every time I submit a survey in PerxHealth on app usage, I request to improve it by allowing sound to be turned off in the iOS version of PerxHealth . Sometimes when I am listening to music or podcasts and I need to complete my tasks, the sound from PerxHealth interferes with the music I am listening to. There is no way to go into PerxHealth menu and turn off sounds in PerxHealth . The only way to have sound off is when the whole phone is on silent, but that doesn’t work when I’m playing music even when the phone is on silent.
Please make it an option to turn sound off IN PerxHealth for iOS users!! I have been requesting this for two years in PerxHealth surveys done periodically and with every update is has not been done.
My sons have PerxHealth, and we have been struggling with the verification, and I bet some other people have especially our other families we know that I’ll see use PerxHealth have. It would probably be a amazing feature to PerxHealth and probably wouldn’t be too hard. and make it a lot easier because some kids have iPads, iPods, computer, etc or some don’t even have a phone number. otherwise app is very good.
I had to get a new phone and when I logged back into PerxHealth I had lost all of my accrued stars and now I can’t get PerxHealth to send me codes for my rewards. I have three new ones since I had to resign in and… it just keeps erroring out. Sent a communication request but no word back yet. Just beware.
PerxHealth is really great it sends you a notification when it is time to take your medicine the reason I didn’t rate it five stars is that it is hard to get rewards I mean you’ll get rewards when you level up but it can take a long time for that to happen and most of the time the games you will play are just complete luck
I have been doing Perx for about 2 months now and I haven’t gotten a single reward except for two CVS gift cards that I got for free when I started. Can you please make it easier to get a reward. Thanks.
Works well but annoying to have to click “yes I’m ready to take my dose” every time. I’m obviously ready if I already clicked the dose button.
Update: My account was restored. I decided to raise my stars because PerxHealth is actually helpful and it has encouraged me to keep taking my meds and drops which I struggled with before. There were bumps, but I’ll keep using.
Well.. I was enjoying the reminders and having a goal and earning gift cards until my account was magically deleted without warning. It wants me to recreate a profile, but I don’t think I will be using this anymore because I don’t want to waste effort on this reminder service when my phones reminders works just as well and won’t magically delete your reminders.
I added my work routine and had it syncing my heart rate and weight and everything! So much wasted effort -3-
