The FEPBLUE OVERSEAS Claim portal has recently been "upgraded", but when I fill out the required fields and attempt to submit my overseas claim and receipt, the submit button does not appear to function. How can I tell if my overseas claim has actually been sent?

New member of Fepblue(2023) .... App Login Error > "Login failed due to a system error Please try again later" And the feblue page won't access anything outside of the main page!!!! Extremely frustrating when trying to find a provider.

I am having repeated issues trying to access the Mobil FEPBLUE site. I continuously get a login error every time I attempt to login. I've reinstalled the app and removed fingerprint access - and it still will not permit me to login.
- Difficult to speak to someone at a hospital or doctor's office when the on-call doctor is unresponsive
- Endless terms and conditions with no place to select anything
- Clunky web browser
- Difficult to search for providers
- No way to save providers for easy reference
