I bought this, first to help myself, and second to potentially add to my toolbox to help others. My body is less responsive to being hooked up with wires so this is HealAdvisorAnalyse I use the most, when I can. What an unbelievable crock this is… it causes more frustration than the healing that comes from it. And that is completely unacceptable when someone is going through health issues. I can’t even run one program without it getting stuck and having to shut it down and start over… sometimes multiple times to run ONE program. And each time, it never connects automatically… it has to be reconnected every single time. I have a session of programs I like to run for myself and I can rarely get through half of them because of the additional time it takes to get through these issues. Some days like today, I just give up. I am not certain if these are “app” issues, issues with the device itself or available bandwidth, but whatever it is, HealAdvisorAnalyse is the culmination of the experience so, here we are. I would never recommend this to anyone and I would definitely not in good faith be able to offer this “service” to clients. We should receive at least a partial refund, and this company should no longer be able to sell these devices, until these issues are addressed. If you’re considering purchasing this… DONT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

This is beyond frustrating for the cost. It would be nice if the apps didn’t kick me off 9 times out of 10. I do a resonance and it freezes before I get a list. Or I’m connected and then disconnected immediately. This is a big problem as I bought this device to use it. Not to spend hours TRYING to use it. I’m extremely disappointed. ONE buys a product believing they will be able to use it. The connection issues are beyond normal. In Bluetooth it’s showing I’m connected and yet the programming is unavailable. Why must my Bluetooth find the Healy every time I want to connect. Other products that have Bluetooth show on the phone and immediately connect when the device is turned on. Healy has to be reconnected and re-found repeatedly. Turning Bluetooth on and off to re-find and re-find and re-find. I tried to show someone the product and it just kept crashing until I had to give up. Someone seriously needs to be working on the connection issues. They are TERRIBLE.

Which is unfortunately about 10-15% of the time. It will encounter multiple different errors. This time it is unable to automatically connect to Bluetooth for the last 2 months so it has to search for it every time. And even once it’s found, some programs just spin infinitely without results. Sometimes I’ll run a program like ‘schuessler salts’ & it will spin while I make dinner or something & maybe when I’m done it will have spit out the results. Tried resetting, uninstalling/reinstalling. Getting help is a hassle. As far as I know u can’t just call someone & get help. I need to find my password… the link… submit ticket… wait. All just very cumbersome for the $2000 price tag

I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare.
The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers.
I have spent real money on HealAdvisorAnalyse and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing.
How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!!
Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.
My Healy device is great! The only problem is that for it to work, the apps need to function. Without them you can't use Healy at all. If you have a cutting edge medical device, you need to have an app that supports that. HealAdvisorAnalyse, when it works is just ok on a good day. About 80% of the time it glitches. It appears to have problems finding the Healy with Bluetooth. Also frequently disconnects during a session. I will tho k a program is running when it stops for no reason. There are days HealAdvisorAnalyse just freezes. When it does work there are a few frustrating things about it. The phone has to be super close to the device so it doesn't disconnect. It also has to stay open to run the vibration sessions. So if I want to use it I basically have to have my phone open & connected to a charger. This is not at all practical!! Sometimes it just changes to German for no reason and won't work. When I go to use the resonance app to find a program that resonates for me, about 60% of the time it won't let me switch between apps. It's so so frustrating to finally get one glitchy app kind of working & then not be able to run the program! Healy please address these problems!!

HealAdvisorAnalyse is very poorly constructed. It degrades the health science behind Healy, which is a big shame. For a pricy product that lists about $2500, it’s really no excuse not to fix the low-quality app and database problems. Lacking phone support for this pricy product with so many technical issues is also unacceptable.
Healy needs better app engineering to fix connection issue, database error and broke. master key issues.
The blue Healy Advisor Analyse app fails to connect a lot. It forces users to sign in and import the saved master key that doesn’t work (ie users would lose all clients profiles and have to key in again).
When your phone rings, the whole app gets disconnected and lose the whole progress, which needs immediate improvement. Otherwises, users need to buy an additional mobile phone just to run HealAdvisorAnalyse (that’ll cost another usd $500 - $1k or more, that adds to the cost of using Healy).

I spent a lot of money to get the top device to do the scan and run the right programs. But now it is stuck when tapping next, I get “it is not possible to connect to the cloud server”. It has locked HealAdvisorAnalyse can’t cancel, deleted app and redox load and now won’t even connect through Bluetooth to the device. My advice don’t sync to cloud it locks HealAdvisorAnalyse . But now that I have that option selected, I can’t even use HealAdvisorAnalyse when I log back in. Please fix your app! I want to use my device that I spent a lot of money on. Thank you!

Everything was working fine until this latest update. Now t takes several times for me to get a successful reading on my blue app. It just spins and says please wait. Also, my Healy is acting super glitchy now. What happened? It’s so frustrating to have to try four or fives times to get my reading. It used to take one try. Ughhhh...stop fixing things that aren’t broken. I wish I could go back to before the update.

The blue dot Analyse glitches ALL the time! I am constantly restarting it. Then the pink dot just drops the program in the middle of it or loses the labels and other things. The clip is also so fragile that it breaks easily. And Customer Service is not very responsive. For something that cost so much money they need to get their act together and fix things.
May 2021: For the last 3 months, the advisor app is intermittently functioning. When it works, it’s awesome! But when it isn’t working (which is way more often than when it works), I’m really unable to run any programs because I don’t know what my body needs. Please, PLEASE fix this problem. Otherwise I wasted my money. July 2021: HealAdvisorAnalyse is still not working…

I love my Healy but HealAdvisorAnalyse needs major improvements. It keeps connecting and disconnecting. In addition when I start using it I have to connect it manually as it doesn’t connect automatically anymore. This started happening last year in late summer after an update. Please fix HealAdvisorAnalyse soon and make it more reliable.

Love technology , very frustrating to have to delete app restart, and since I don’t cloud everything, everything gets list and about once a month I have to log every bit of info in on every single client. Very frustrating, which makes it a hard sell to people I know. And, very time consuming to reinstate all clients.

All of a sudden this morning, the blue analyze app keeps on encountering an error that prevents the resonance from being used. I paid $1,500 for the Healy Resonance and can’t even use the resonance function now.
Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly believe in this technology (I study quantum mechanics) and when HealAdvisorAnalyse is functioning, it works, but what’s up with all these glitches and errors? It gets obnoxious.
Timewaver, focus on getting your act together and ensure that your users are actually able to use what your selling!

The Healy is incredible but the frustration with HealAdvisorAnalyse continues. Feels like half the time it doesn’t work properly so I can’t use the device as intended.
Healy is solving problems in my life each and every day; physical, mental, emotional, spirit. I am amazed by the accuracy of the Aura and Resonance scans.. the results always align and often bring awareness to underlying issues I must address. I am beyond grateful for what Healy has already done for me and excited to see how close to optimal health I get using frequencies to support me.

This magic device had been a life saver for our whole family even our dog, we’ve used it for pain, sleep, anxiety, mood enhancing.. the lost goes on, I’m a massage therapist and use it on my clients, they love it too. 🌺🌺 I feel blessed we get access to these amazing frequencies and that the Healy seems to be spot on every time we do an analysis. I’m guessing that some of the previous reviewers aren’t used to working with new companies. I know they had some problems, and I’m pretty sure they have them mostly figured out. I got my device within a week, had a small problem getting connected and that was solved within a week too. I love how the device has helped with my pain!
I love my Healy! What a revolution. Early Bluetooth and connection issues have been solved and HealAdvisorAnalyse works great! The company has worked hard to fix bugs. I’m excited for this amazing breakthrough!
App does not work on iPad

The Healy itself is fabulous and works great on iPhones, but I can’t get HealAdvisorAnalyse to work on an iPad. I’m getting an error message that I have to change the iPad’s permissions to save the Master Key but there are no permissions to change. An Apple advisor thinks there’s a hardware issue related to iPhones having the Apple Health App and iPads do not. Good luck getting a response from Healy - there is no apparent IT support :(

For me works sometimes for maybe a session then it lucks me and it gets very difficult to start again, very disappointing with customer service, wrote several tickets all I get is that they receive information and that they are working on it but til when a day a week? I have waited for a week with no respond.
