McDonald’s - Non-US Reviews

Nothing works on this cheap app. It's a complete nightmare and a waste of time. I deleted it after wasting 40 minutes on it just trying to repeatedly ask a question through the "Contact Us" link. My information was 100% correct and all in the same format they requested, but every time I submitted my question, it said that a phone number was mandatory. My VN phone number was there and correct, and in Vietnam format. I then tried to send "Feedback" using their link in hopes that they can improve, which made me create an account to send feedback, BUT then I could NOT send feedback unless I had a this app store receipt with the store location number. As well, the English version of McDonalds, appears as if a 6 year old translated from Vietnamese to English.

McDonalds is amazing but needs a lot of bug fixes, developments and more features. Such as the pickup or delivery, search options, the ability to track my order and push notifications to update me about my order. Also, there’s a problem on the McDelivery page. It has a “remember me” option but it doesn’t do that, I have to sign in every time to order. Please do consider my suggestions. Thank you McDonald’s.

The newest update originally had the updated privacy policy and terms and conditions available to read on a pop-up window when you opened McDonalds . The privacy policies were pretty invasive for a restaurant app, and so I didn’t agree immediately and just closed McDonalds . Now, when I try to log on there is a different pop-up window with a link that DOES NOT WORK to a page that is supposed to contain the privacy policy and terms and conditions. So, the all wants me to agree blindly to the terms and conditions and to a privacy policy that I have no way of reading. Please fix these links so people can see what information McDonald’s international is collecting.

My experience with McDonalds is one of the worst. 1st it took forever to try and make a payment. Apparently, you can only use credit card to pay although they have K-net and cash on delivery options! 2nd they charge extra 1 KD when using credit card on top of your actual order receipt. 3rd 5 failed tries I had to go through before my order is placed. 4th The provided tracking order is wrong and cannot be used to track your order. 5th There is McDonald's Branch 10 minutes away from where I live and yet the order is an hour and half LATE!!
This was awful. I would not recommend McDonalds to anyone.

Hello Everyone, i’m very happy and I’m very glad to have McDonald application on my iPhone. First of all do you have to know that you do a great job. However we have just one request if you call me please check include the card on wallet in Morocco it will be better.

Went to download 1st problem would not download took multiple tries and still didn’t download I’m living in Egypt and would love to take advantage of the discounts and variety of other things offered so I do suggest you put a lil more work into your app I’m not being rude just suggesting you make it where McDonalds that you offer works properly and correctly for people where your application applies here is to hoping you improve things

Hello! I got the McDonald’s app when i bought my phone and since the day i had it McDonald’s app never opened. When i downloaded it and to this day it says “oops something went wrong”. Please someone help me and tell me if something like this has happened to you and what you did.

What did you mean by « remember me » when logging in to place an order ? Because i have to login not only every time i open McDonalds but if if i navigate away from the delivery tab and come back i have to enter my credentials again, what will happen if i uncheck « remember me » when i enter my credentials ? I am afraid to try it.
Also the way offers are redeemed is extremely unclear and annoying, don’t know if that’s on purpose or unintended.

So I downloaded McDonalds and when I open it, it says your time or date is wrong and they are perfectly correct .. and I’ve tried uninstalling and installing again and the same thing ... hope u have a way to fix it .. thanks in advance!

I’ve had McDonalds for more than a year and I’m fed up.

When are you going to have the option to have English? Yes, you can have a localized version with the language in the country like Ukraine, but what about for expats or even tourists who don’t know the language? Can you put English there?! I have a screen shot to show you what I mean.

I just got McDonalds but the country I’m in only has one language option. I don’t understand why it’s only only language available to a country which has multiple nationalities residing there. If possible please fix this issue, it’s a true hinderance to usage.

Every time I try to make an order I can’t sign in, it either tells me that the password is wrong( while I’m pretty sure that it’s correct) or when I choose forget password and try to log in again it give me this massage ( The server has encountered an unexpected difficulty and could not fulfill the request. )

you REALLY REALLY REALLY have to work on the Mcdelivery page, even though it gives you the option “ remember me” but it doesn’t Really do that. I have to log in EVERY Time i wanna order. Plus it’s Slow to browse and it’s integration with Arabic language ( specially in the address page) is horrible. I love this app and it’s truly one of my favorite places to eat BUT PLEASE fix the Mcdelivery UI.

There is a problem in McDonalds that says try again after a minute I am from Kuwait and wish to fix it quickly ❤️🥺

McDonalds is fine if you want to place an order and have it delivered, pretty slow and not the most intuitive app ever. But my biggest issue is that you cannot order for pick up it is only delivery 😒

“Ooops! Something went wrong!” Is all I see when I click on McDonalds icon. It’s been like that for three days. Please try to fix this problem, the sooner the better.

Asks me to choose country & language when I open McDonalds , I do, and it gives me an error. Happens over and over again cannot log in or even access McDonalds beyond the choose country and language screen and error screen that shows after choosing.
Reinstalled, updated, still won’t work.

i like this application very much❤️❤️❤️ im going to Mc very often, maybe 3 or 4times in a week. but if there were prices too, it d be much better and comfortable for us(costumers) 😍❤️ thank u in advance for attention

(Ooops! Something went wrong!) this message always appears in the application and can’t access it for the last two days. It was working but After I transferred most of my applications from the old iPhone it stopped working. please tell me how to fix it as I removed it many times and re-installed it but with no changes.

I already almost always call and order so i said lets give McDonalds a go , filling my delivery address first the street name i have to enter something from a drop list not write it and iknw they deliver here already cause i order by the phone when ever i try to type it doesnt respond same goes on the website ! Very poor .

When I click on offers , it bugs and out of apps sometimes . And frozen screen another times .. I've faced this problems and bugs for long time . I deleted , updated and re-install it but the same problems . Fix it soon with the next update . my iOS is 10.3.3 and it is iPhone 6

Sometimes it’s impossible to register and also i would like to see prices of products.

I have problem in macdonald app it’s say 403 error try in few minutes

The application briefs in the problem of the application event from the application store which is already updated this update and the previous update is very very bad update before 2.0 was better and no problems please solve the problem quickly

i install McDonalds hoping it has a delivery service in our area, ( im from kuwait )so disappointed to find out that there is none, so i deleted it it's not useful for me, but i will re-install it if you can make delivery available for us. Thank you in adavance! We been waiting for mc delivery like forever.

When you go to offers McDonalds get frozen and after a while it closes suddenly, be sides that everything goes fine.
But as I say need to fix the offers to use McDonalds properly

Tabs like food list, offers, new releases when clicked don’t load fast due to which McDonalds crashes!
Otherwise good deals on McDonalds !

A while ago, I was able to see the latest deal on fish burger. And now I don’t see it anymore under Deals tab. Please fix the bug

I played on iPhone and it’s showed congratulations and app crashed down and was auto closed is this third rated application put by developer if so I am very sorry
