Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever SabFace app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix SabFace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SabFace app on iPhone
Update SabFace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SabFace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SabFace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SabFace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SabFace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SabFace app issues:

Force Stop the SabFace App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SabFace app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SabFace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SabFace App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SabFace app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SabFace.

Fix SabFace unable to contact server/ SabFace internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SabFace » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SabFace » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SabFace on android.

About this app

If you use SABnzbd and have wanted a simple easy interface to see what is in your download queue, or you need to pause or resume your queue when you are not sitting in front of a computer, then this app is for you. Now you can change the priority of a download, pause and resume a single item, and reorder the download queue as well as see what has completed in the history page. Now they can pause it (without having access to a computer) and resume it when they leave the house. I originally wrote this for my kids to be able to pause newsgroup downloads when they needed all of the internet! Let me know if there are any features you would like added and I will look in to it.
