MyEPB is nothing more than an on demand meter reader. Even if you had some sort of problem, there’s nothing you can do about it from MyEPB .
Wake up EPB: it’s time to move into the 2000’s: Real time bill payment via MyEPB and your website (its even a joke via the website — payments are still processed by hand), seamless integration of fiber optic and power bills if we choose so we don’t have to jump through hoops multiple times per month because the accounts have different due dates, and the ability to control services via MyEPB .
Funny, how you want us to go paperless and yet you can’t manage providing us with “normal” account services electronically.
Note repairs are in progress after major tornado event. Yesterday app said my power was back to normal so I drove home not only was my power still off repairs were still miles away. Used app to show report now gives a date a week away, fair enough, major tornado event. BUT throughout the night app would sometimes say Repaired Manually then a little later would show repairs were a week away. Not complaining that the repairs are taking an understandable amount of time, complaining MyEPB is useless.
MyEPB and the website is useless, always an error occurring.... best approach is just call and be done with it! And I hate even more having two separate bills, why can’t we combine them
Power outage information is worthless and completely inaccurate. App said my power was normal. So I came home to...no power. Next day it said no power then ten min later I apparently had power restored and then 5 min later no power. Next day still no power according to MyEPB and I pull into driveway with lights blazing. I called EPB customer svc and was told “there may be a glitch in MyEPB ”, and they would look into it. If the one function I needed MyEPB for , in the midst of a natural disaster, doesn’t function at all...
Please the option to make payments to power and other services available through MyEPB , good information there but not what I expected when I want the convenience of paying my bill.
Still the most useless app I’ve downloaded. Just tried it again and after all these years it is still as terrible as ever. Why can’t we setup billing through MyEPB ? The web site is soar as bad, as it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to change which card I want to use to pay my bill. You’d think it should be easy to pay.
MyEPB never lets me log in. It always says it’s experiencing issues. I go to their website and log in, it works. Then I try to pay or view my services and it says an error occurred. This has been happening every single time I try. It’s been 3 months. Both MyEPB and their website NEVER work. My best bet is to call and even then sometimes it will just drop my call, no matter what phone I’m using.
MyEPB as it is works fine. Just is not much to it. Please update for 2022 & add the option to View/Pay Bill. I love EPB, but MyEPB is lacking.
Add bill pay option! Trying to call and pay my bill is a hassle with a 20 minute wait on the phone.
I like what MyEPB offers as far as information, but being able to pay our bills on MyEPB seems like it should be a key feature...
Please add the option to pay your bill online to MyEPB. I believe more people would use it,
I have an alert set for anytime my bill is above $110. Sometimes I get the alert, sometimes I don’t. My bill this month (sept 2019) is $175 and I didn’t get a threshold alert like I normally do
Please add the option to pay/manage our Fiber and power bills through MyEPB. The outage and usage information is great, but without the core functionality most customers are looking for, MyEPB is lacking major aspects customers want in order to keep MyEPB downloaded on our phones.
MyEPB should have a way to pay bill for free
Love the idea of MyEPB and it executes well. Only feature I'd like to see added is paying my bill from MyEPB .
It seems silly we cannot pay our Fiber bills from the same app. It’s so cumbersome to log into a web based account when it could be done straight from MyEPB as well, maybe in a future update? 😪

It’s simple and has the basic tools I need, minus some that would make me give this five stars. I can see my current usage, compare to my past usage, and report an outage. However, it’d be fantastic to be able to see my statement in MyEPB , and to be able to pay my epb bills (internet as well) within MyEPB .
The EPB app gives you an in-depth overview of your energy usage. You can view energy usage by hour, day, and month. It gives you current usage plus historical usage for your home so it’s easy to spot trends. A great tool for helping you to reduce your energy consumption.
Love MyEPB ! as previous comments. Needs to have “Pay my bills” button added. Other than that, it is awsome!
MyEPB needs modification for customers to view their statements for both electrical and fiber optic accounts. There should be access with safe payment options that can be made online or EZ-pay via My EPB.
EPB overall is a great. App stinks. Power outage and restored power wrong. Was staying at a friends house waiting 2 days for power to come back on. Finally said power was restored. Came home to no power.
Useless app if you can’t see all of you accounts in MyEPB , i do have 3 and only shows up one
