The app is not free to use indefinitely but purported to be free. I had made 2/3 pdfs for practice and to know how it works. Then I decided to use this app on my exam where I have to submit my answers script in pdf format within a short period of time. The worst thing happened then; I finished my exam and then I was left with only 5 minutes to take pictures and make pdf and finally submit it to my teacher; this app suddenly showed that I couldn’t send pdf unless I pay $4.99 ; I was shocked and at the same time couldn’t install another app within that rush period. Had I known in advance that this app is not free, I would not have relied on this app and could have arranged alternative options. This app should have mentioned this payment issue earlier.

This app is quite misleading. Yes, it’s simple as 1, 2, 3, but once you’ve spent time converting your jpeg to pdf format and then you want to upload the new pdf they ask you to pay $4.99 first. Well..., why didn’t the Developer be honest and sell it for the $4.99 up front and not try to put the pinch on you later.
This is a very deceiving business practice. In business this process is called “Bait and Switch”. They say the app is free and then charge your later. This is dishonesty to the full App Store community. Nothing is mentioned about the $4.99 in the app description. And later they sock it to you!!!
I’m deleting their app.

I’ve tried a number of free photo-to-pdf apps before for classes that really didn’t function well. I loved this one so much after the free trial that I bought the lifetime access. The “scanner” is so useful. I just take a photo of a paper and it shows up like a real scan would. Much easier than taking photos, putting them in a word document and then saving as a pdf. If you’re dealing with online work/school right now, this is worth every cent! Wish I found it sooner.
