Ordered flowers and chocolates for Mother’s Day to receive them in a whole different base from what I chose also the base was supposed to come with some type of ribbon. To say the least flowers looked as if they just threw them in the base in a rush to get them delivered. I can provide pic.
The only thing this company offered was 15% off my next purchase “ why would I give you my money if you don’t make it right? I didn’t ask for a refund I asked them to re-deliver them and make it right.

The first time I used and the bad experience I had. I bough orchids for my moms birthday and she was very happy receiving them. The service was great efficient and fast. But the flowers looked good the first day she received them but in less than 6 days they showed up severe fungus infection in the crown of the orchids. Looking with attention the picture my mom sent me the fungus infection is visible ( the day she received). I contact them about that issue and they don’t offer any return, refund or exchange.
Very disappointing!!!

LolaFlora is a fraud. They don’t look like the pictures at all, low quality and this is not a flowery they make them in a house because I could see it from the pictures they sent. Worse service ever. Please do not waist your money and time. They didn’t know how special this was for me. My mom ended up without her flowers on her birthday.

I bought flowers for a family member and they were never delivered. When I tried to contact their “live chat” feature i discover it is only a form to send a message that will be reviewed in 24 hours. There is also no customer phone number in LolaFlora . In the end no one replied on time and had to call my bank to dispute the charge.

I pre-order it a week ago!!!
And you just canceled my order due to lack of the stock on the deliver day?!?!
I know you have sent me a email, and I reply it, but I did’t get any response before you cancel my order. I making call, and it just only tells you your order process, no one get the phone!!!!
You can just let me know the reason few days before !!!!

Lately I’ve been getting really bad service with LolaFlora and even more with customer services. They just ignore you and leave you waiting for you to hung up. Since they don’t receive any reviews or feedback from their service, they simply don’t care. Last time a girl named Karen E. Answers my request and then leave me there without solving anything. I’m deleting LolaFlora and I’ll look for a better one.

I am tired that LolaFlora every time I am going to use change the name from Lola flora to mizu then went back to Lola flora. Then when I want to order a gift assigned me a country that doesn’t belong to people that I know. What a waste of time 😡😡

For only $30, I was able to have a beautiful rose arrangement hand delivered to my love easily and on time. She loved it which made it even more worth it, and couldn’t ask for better service. Will definitely use again.

I like LolaFlora but think there should be an “add to cart” option. I ordered multiple things but had to place separate orders for something going to the same person. With the “add to cart” you can place everything you want to buy then check out.

I just used Lola Flora for the first time to send my girlfriend some flowers while she is studying abroad in Spain. They were delivered within the time slot I chose and she loved the flowers. I would definitely use this service again the next time I need to order flowers. 10/10 service

I needed to sent flowers to Mexico from the USA. Usually there aren’t many options online. But LolaFlora gives you plenty of beautiful flower arrangements with all kinds of flowers. LolaFlora tells you when they receive your order, when they start preparing,when it’s out for deliver and when it’s received. Really satisfied!

I’ve used them two times to deliver flowers to my friends in Madrid Spain for there birthdays and the flowers were not only beautiful but delivered on time with no problems. I highly recommend them!

I had flowers delivered delivered in Mexico within 24 hours of my purchase in the United States. My girlfriend sent me pictures of flowers. They looked great. I was also able to track the delivery through the entire process. It’s an amazing service, and the prices were surprisingly low as well.

I have used Lola‘s floral many many many many times and I’ve always been very grateful with their service! I highly recommend them if you are trying to send flowers to Mexico at GDL I’ll give them a five star, and they are on top of their game. I am from Virginia and fully trust the site. I live in the USA, my Love in Spain. Every time I order is the same, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This time the delivery man tried twice to deliver to my Sweetheart, both times she was working late. LaFlora online customer support contacted me repeatedly in a timely way. They sent the delivery man a third time when my Lover was home. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Easy to order, fast delivery, amazing flowers!

I was trying to send the flowers to the embassy. I looked at several options and found this app. The pricing was great and service was delivered exactly as requested. The only issue I can see is the pricing being in Euros. There is no option for conversion so if you aren't fluent in conversion. You may find it a bit troublesome. It's basically 1.1x 1 USD at any given time. So very simplistic. It just does not list in USD.

My mother who lives in Mexico was having a few hard days and I was able to last minute deliver her flowers. They arrived on time, LolaFlora communicated with me so well on the status and even sent a picture of the bouquet that was delivered (which was beautiful). my mom was so happy and thanks to LolaFlora, they were able to make this happen for me! HIGHLY recommend LolaFlora. amazing service. thank you!
