One star is too much 👎🏼

ProFlowers itself worked fine, however I tried to set up an account but was unable to so I was forced to call to place my order for two arrangements delivered to a hospital. I was on the phone at least 30 minutes and had the woman who took the order carefully read everything back to me to ensure accuracy. 15 minutes later I received an email both arrangements had been delivered. Success, or so I thought. The next morning I received an email the recipient’s name needed to be clarified for delivery to be made. Huh? Turns out the name, that was read back to me, indeed was misspelled on the order and the flowers were not delivered. Called to clarify the name and due to English not being the first language of the person I spoke with, I was unable to communicate. Unbelievable. In the meantime, the recipient was discharged and sent home. A complete and total failure. Beware before you put a special occasion into the hands of FTD/Pro Flowers. Calling my credit card company next to reverse the charges.

Beautiful flowers

Although I enjoy using ProFlowers I have to admit there has only been one time that I got a set of bad flowers but this company with it is outstanding outlook on making sure you get the best flowers for your loved ones they made it right they repackaged and sent A fresh cut to my loved one and for that I highly recommend and respect their outlook on putting smiles on peoples faces I would recommend anyone to use ProFlowers to purchase flowers for your special occasion and if you have a problem all you have to do is reach out and they will make it right thanks to the many Beautiful flowers that I have received for my family

Awesome Customer Service!!!

Okay, so maybe ProFlowers isn’t all perfect and could use some tweaking... but the customer service at this app is Awesome! It totally makes up for what small tweaks ProFlowers needs.

I placed an order the day before Valentine’s Day... as you ladies know us guys sometimes so that. I made a mistake on the address, realized it after it shipped of course, and the folks at this company made sure my order was corrected without any issues. Major bonus points to them.

Bottom line, I don’t write 5 Star reviews unless a company really stands out above the rest and these folks really do.

Bad UX and functionality.

I barely use ProFlowers . Maybe 2-3 times a year and when I do use it I expect it to be performant and reliable.

There’s a bug when editing a card message. And I was forced to use the website when it should be more convenient to just use ProFlowers .

If you select a gift and choose a recipient and try to edit a message on the card, after editing tapping the done button does not dismiss the keyboard at all. Even if you copy and paste text you’ve pre-written still tapping done does not dismiss the keyboard and since the continue button is hidden behind the keyboard, there is no way to advance. Consider putting the continue button in the top right corner or connecting the return key on the keyboard to also advance to the next step.

Bah humbug!!

This must be this app slogan.

Ordered flowers for our mother every Christmas Day for ten years. This Christmas was no different until we found out that the flowers aren’t delivered - the order had been cancelled without any notice and no explanation! When we tried to have the order re-shipped, they wanted to charge us a higher price for the flowers and an additional shipping charge above what we had already selected. Customer service was completely non-responsive and very poor. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said none was available (really?!) They’ve offered to call us back in a few days to discuss - some help that would be. After many years of 8-10 orders a year, this app has lost a customer!!

WORST customer service

4th-5th time I’ve order from here but this time somehow they got my order wrong had to spill the surprise to the other party so they can stay a little longer at the work site and end up not getting anything (made me look bad). Contact the place they said I did not provide enough information but they read back the right delivery address (not the first time I’ve sent flowers to this place) never got a email confirmation for my money back or shipment canceled. I will take my business else where due to customer service!

Who delivers to a business address at 5:30 on Friday?

I ordered flowers to welcome a new business associate. I placed the order mid day Thursday for Friday delivery assuming it would be delivered by late morning. The tracking info I got showed the order out for delivery for hours. Finally at 3 pm I called to cancel as the person was leaving for the day/weekend and could not receive and enjoy them. The representative told me that their policy is to make business deliveries as late as 6 pm. How does that work?

I will never order from these people again. Horrible attitude and horrible service.

DO NOT USE THEM

Placed a $250 Anniversary order with them in advance. Stood by for the delivery day. By 1pm on the delivery date the order had not been delivered. Went on ProFlowers to track the order, there is no tracking mechanism. Just a generic notification of whether or not it has been delivered. Ok. Called them.

Got a 3rd party, customer service company from outside the US that also has no actual ability to track the order. You already know the BS runaround that ensued.
Bottom line: I’ve deleted ProFlowers . And I recommend you don’t download it. Nunca Mas! 👋🏻😎

Don’t waste your time with their “app”

Somehow in 2018, their app and their website still do NOT sync up. Meaning, if you use a computer to place an order, but want to track it from the mobile app, nope. Not going to happen. ProFlowers is a pain, especially when it comes to filling out the card. At times it’ll give an error stating that an “,” and or an “!” are not normal characters and will continue to error. So, remove all of them. Still gives the error. Just use the website via Safari.

Bait and switch

This company has charged me twice for flower orders that I could not place to a specific location. Instead of confirming that flowers could be delivered they just went ahead and charge. This lead to probably an hour and a half of time on hold and deliberating with poorly trained customer support reps that repeated the issue. On top of that this app product is quite expensive for what you’re actually getting.

Perhaps a breakdown that could be the fault of the local flower shop
However
The flower arrangement I ordered for my wife was smaller than advertised but the bigger infraction was there was no personalized message. In fact the card send literally had printed “ no message” on it
I have since tried to use the chat option which apparently does not work and emailed them 4 times with no response
I will not use this service again and will delete ProFlowers .

They won’t deliver your flowers

Don’t use ProFlowers: your money will be lost.
After not receiving the flowers and contacting their help support during a week and receiving poor answers, suddenly the order statut turns to “Delivered”….. the most outrageous thing is that the delivery date was set to one week ago. A period they admitted it wasn’t delivered yet.
No flower, no answer et no refund.
Best of luck to you if you use ProFlowers!

Gift delivery…

I ordered flowers and a bear for my girlfriend, but for some reason the delivery driver dropped the gift off 25 MINUTES AWAY from the actual address. When i tried getting my money back, customer service tried telling me they couldn’t because the gift was delivered. Needless to say i received my money back and won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Big waste

ProFlowers doesn’t have all the options you get from the website, so just stay with the website. It doesn’t sync your account, it shows no order but I placed an order! ProFlowers is very limited to flower options. Maybe if you put everything on the website into ProFlowers and make it sync with account then I will try ProFlowers again?

App is not safe. It’s a scam, stolen ID my life changed

Attention all users. Since I have downloaded ProFlowers, y credit card has been compromised, the contacts that were place have also had their emails compromised. Orders were being charged to me without consent. When I called to complain, the response was someone would call back in 24 hours.

Poor functionality

I love ProFlowers! When it works... which is why I’m giving it two stars... problem is, as stated before by others, once you’re done editing the card you cannot select done. Can’t proceed, cannot pass go... so it brings the joy of sending flowers to loved ones to a screeching halt.

Stick To Using the Website

After the latest update ProFlowers crashes on every attempt to open it on my iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 13.5).

ProFlowers opens on my iPad Pro 11”, but it only supports portrait orientation (no landscape) which is annoying if you like using a keyboard.

Website has more complete info

Echoing what everyone has said - ProFlowers doesn’t sync with the website in terms of orders. It also doesn’t tell you tracking numbers for orders - I had to go back and dig through my email.

Names?

I have used your service a lot over the years but ProFlowers always seems to have something wonky going on with it. I currently cannot add anyone new because it is not recognizing their last name as a last name.

Save your money

Definitely not guaranteed to be delivered fresh. Expect dead flowers and the wrong product to be delivered and to be made to feel like a dog doing tricks by customer service just to see if they could fix it for you. Try something else if you want a better chance at treating that special someone.
