I live in Paris and ordered at 7:30 for delivery in Barcelona the same day (Sunday!) . Beautiful bouquet (as presented in picture) was delivered before 10:00 by a local florist in a nice ceramic pot.
The only thing I can think of that may be improved is to offer shorter timeframes during the order (it said 9:00-17:00 but sometimes it might be practical to be able to choose).
