JetPay Money Access Card may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain services related to JetPay Money Access Card Software, in any case and without notice or liability, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF JETPAY MONEY ACCESS CARD SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.
You further agree that your use of this JetPay Money Access Card Software is subject to the Online Banking terms and conditions that you agreed to at enrollment as well as the additional terms described below.
If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your JetPay Money Access Card Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions.
Not all of our Online Banking website services will be available on the JetPay Money Access Card Software.
JETPAY MONEY ACCESS CARD SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND RELATED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS.
You agree that you will only use the JetPay Money Access Card Software on a mobile device owned by you.
In addition, the JetPay Money Access Card Software might be inoperative from time to time for a variety of reasons including routine maintenance, system changes, and system failures.
JetPay Money Access Card and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to JetPay Money Access Card Software at any time without notice.
SHOULD JETPAY MONEY ACCESS CARD SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
JetPay Money Access Card or its licensors may provide or make available through JetPay Money Access Card and/or its agents its JetPay Money Access Card Software.
In no event will JetPay Money Access Card or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such JetPay Money Access Card Software.
For example, you will not be able to make payments to our affiliated companies from deposit account(s) using The JetPay Money Access Card Software.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY JetPay Money Access Card WILL CREATE A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
