I love StockControlInventory so much!! But when it come to backing up data or changing your phone and the information in the old phone want to be transferred in the one is so hard . Need to make it easier when backing up the info . Other than that , it’s a lovely app .

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I purchased another app from this company that contained the same “slideshow” that is featured in StockControlInventory! It was the main feature that I used consistently! Then suddenly it disappeared! When I spoke with them about it by email, they said that feature was incompatible with current iPad/iPhone updates!
THAT WAS A LIE!

This stock control inventory is much pricier than the one I bought, however I bought it for the slideshow feature! Now, they have taken it away so they can gouge people into paying more, $26 for StockControlInventory! This isInfuriating!

How can I make this show on more then one devices?

This is a very nice app for inventory. ... however you can only share the info with yourself... though iCloud... if you send cvs files the pictures don't show... would get a much higher rating if there was a iCloud Drive or Dropbox feature... are there any better apps out there?

What is lacking is icloud sync function between mac and ios.

The only thing i dont like about StockControlInventory is when i scan barcode, It gives me the whole information of the item instead of giving me the shortcut to change the quantity of that item. I hope theres an option when i scan barcode, it will ask me what i want. 1: give item information. 2: quick access to quanity change.

I give it 3 star because i cannot purchase mac version in-app purchase. Always giving me error message. So frustrating because this is the only inventory app that i tried that i like so much and gives what i really need. Kiwi never try to help me and answer my email.

Keeps telling me my iPhone and iPad email not configured. Doesn’t sync between iPhone and iPad. Although I like StockControlInventory needs work

The software is good but needs more improvement like compatible with windows and sync with other accounts of iTunes

Very good app, takes a little while to understand its operation, but mostly intuitive. Easy and quick to use, it’s great to have stock levels at my fingertips wherever I am. Needs an easier way to sync between devices, would take it to 5 stars if that was the case.

Since I'm one of 4 people in America growing actual vegetables hydroponically, none of the apps are suited. Being a database guy, I figured "screw it" and got this more generalized app to help me track pertinent details I need to make sure my farm is working ok.

Overall, I'd say this is 10 bucks well spent as my farm is in good shape and I've not had a single problem with StockControlInventory. There are definitely some features I could use but considering I'm repurposing an inventory control system for a hydrofarm, I can't call those "missing", just "would be nice to have."

One thing missing which keeps this from getting 5 stars, is necessary regardless how you use StockControlInventory... MUST include a .csv export for the full database. Nobody wants to deal with a .db file, most folks can't deal with it, and Kiwi clearly made it that way so you'd have to buy their Mac app to use the db backup. That's poor salesmanship. That's a hard sell. Basically, I'm just gonna hack your file and convert it but that's a dickmove on their part.

So far this is a very nice, clean inventory app. I am using it in my iPad, iPhone and MacBook. I just wish there was an easier way to sync the data other than having to import/export on each device every time. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

How do I apply a cost vs sale price? There should be a place for this.

Never have issues with this one since acquire it last 4 months.

Used StockControlInventory for several years now.
It does its job well and is a trusted app i always make sure is loaded on new devices i get.

StockControl makes keeping track of my inventory a breeze. Did take a learning curve but it’s very powerful, cross device, and very flexible.

An indispensable app I've used for a couple of years. I travel overseas for business and having the info of more than 2000 products at my fingertips has been a tremendous tool.

This is a great inventory for any type of business. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been using StockControlInventory for the last three years and it has never fail is very simple to use and very accurate on all my information. Also what I like about StockControlInventory is that you can do separate files to keep your home and work separately or you can Combine them all in one.

Simple, self explanatory, and easy to use.

It's made tracking the hundreds of items that run through my storage and warehouse much easier. I am a remote field service technician and have to maintain a van stock and a storage warehouse where I keep my backstock. No longer having to use a spreadsheet to track and reorder safety stock is a great timesaver and allows me to be more efficient.

With that said, I wish I could set up alerts so thatnif I've got 10 of an item in storage, but drop below a certain value in my van, that StockControlInventory would let me know. This would enable me to restock my van from the warehouse, and reorder to fill the warehouse stock level.

I would also appreciate being able to run reports by classification of item. So, instead of just categories, items could also have tags such as "common", " high turnover", "unused from past job", "obsolete- to purge", etc.

I use this to track product samples I lend out to prospective distributors and retailers. Low maintenance, easy to use, intuative.
