My text inbox is blank every time I open Tresta until I manually clear the application cache. Tresta has always been terrible and buggy and they raised the price of the service to boot.

Horrendous customer support that doesn’t understand its own product and it’s Functions. App is always having problems. Hugely disputing for business use. To add insult to injury, they keep raising prices for this garbage.

Their customer service and support team and MIA. Have been trying to contact them via all their contact platforms for hours. Tresta will not load and I am not able to be on contact with clients. Unacceptable for my business.

I put in several requests over years to be able to block numbers that harass my business through Tresta . this app let these requests fall on death ears. If you don’t want to be harassed don’t use Tresta.

I won’t recommend Tresta. I’m having a hard time. I can’t even send a text message to my client. It’s been a year I’m working with them and so many time I had issues and still they are able to improve it.

Tresta is slow and a pain to use. If it was up to me I would uninstall it and never use it again but unfortunately I’m required to use it for work. If you have the option to not have to use this is app don’t.

Technology is from years ago. Don’t get this service. Simple as that. Slow and doesn’t work over half of the time, literally. It doesn’t work very often. Slow when working. Asked for refund many times. They do nothing to fix. It’s unfortunate. I’m leaving them once my phone number gets transferred to new service.

It was decent when I first signed up a few years ago. Then the call quality dropped badly. There is a very noticeable delay between when I speak and when the other side can hear me. There’s a constant delay and echo. Then Tresta started glitching. I get no notifications for text messages, constant issues and “we’re working on it” messages. Now they’ve unveiled their new and improved pricing structure that has doubled my monthly bill. 2 thumbs down!

The service has always worked pretty well for both phone and text. There’s been many times where are texts wouldn’t load were loaded slowly, but the phone part always worked. Since the new update, even after restarting my phone, I literally cannot make a single call. When I dial and hit the blue call button, I get the spinning wheel of eternity and the call never happens. Until that’s fixed, obviously I can’t go higher than one star (it’s a phone service used for business).

So I signed up for their “Free” trial .. checked out what they had to offer and after an Hour of Signing up decided it wasn’t for me and Guess what ? They won’t let you Cancel .. You have to call In to cancel and when i called in it says “No one is available to take your call “ So now am stuck and they want to Raid my credit card after the trial or even before .. Hey this app if I signed up ONLINE , Why can’t I CANCEL ONLINE ? crooked way to do business . Gues I am going to give ya guys some prepaid card and replace my card and am DONE . STAY AWAY guys .
it is a LIE they do not have a 24 Hr call center to Cancel .

I lost tons of business because Tresta has so many bugs and they seem to be endless unfortunately and they’re going from bad to worse. I’ve spoken with support and they’re even saying that lots of their clients have been cancelling their subscription due to this and many more issues ppl continue to have with call drops, texts messages not being sent/received, calls not connecting to Tresta , and many much more. I highly encourage to find another service as you’ll have continued headaches and disappointments.

Leaving bad reviews is not fun but I had Tresta for 3 years and it was so inconsistent and buggy with problems that were never fixed and just got worse.

By the time I finally switched to Grasshopper 99% of the time I would see a message saying Tresta is having issues and engineers are working on it, it would not show me the name of the contacts I was texting, even when I asked for notifications to be on they would not show on my phone, when I searched for things most of the time it would not show any results, and and with all of that they raised their prices by $10 a month. This often added more stress to my business than help.

If they want to offer Tresta they need to get completely new technology because it is awful. Just terrible.

Been using Tresta for about a year and liked it till recently. The past several weeks Tresta doesn’t allow me to pickup calls without them going straight to voicemail. Then if I’m on a call using my phone application and someone calls my this app number it automatically hangs up the call.

Please make it possible to have a contact list within the this app app so all users can see who each number belongs to.
