iLovePDF opening halfway down the screen, with the smaller window with the yes or no options for updating lower down, so impossible to click on either. Since that smaller window has to be closed in order to move or close or even use the main window, I'm stuck, as the yes or no buttons aren't visible. The only option is to restart and to try to avoid using iLovePDF - but I need it!!!

How to fix iLovePDF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iLovePDF app on iPhone
Update iLovePDF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iLovePDF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iLovePDF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iLovePDF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iLovePDF Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iLovePDF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iLovePDF App
1. On android, goto Settings » iLovePDF » click [Force Stop]

Update iLovePDF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iLovePDF App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iLovePDF » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iLovePDF.

Fix iLovePDF unable to contact server/ iLovePDF internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iLovePDF » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iLovePDF » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iLovePDF
