I wanted USA but you only had 3 country

Doesn’t take US driver license
Even with international permit. And SnappCar never tells you that. Only found via support. also never received verification sms to my US phone number

Not in the USA
So if you are across the pond then SnappCar is perfect for you, otherwise it’s useless for us American folk.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was trying to book a car to use in Germany for a day and signed up on their website. My credit card was registered and it was charged to confirm my identity. In the end, I couldn't book the car because my driver's license isn't European (although I have an international license) but the charge wasn't refunded. I contacted the company and they basically said that it isn't their problem that I couldn't use the service and that they wouldn't refund my money. If this is a new company, they should treat customers more respectfully. I haven't received any alert saying that my driver's license wouldn't work until I placed an order. They are extorting possible customers in a very fraudulent way.
