Every 1-3 days I see police cars around the area but none reported on MyLocalCrime. A few days ago, someone was killed a few house down from my house but I don’t see any report of it on this crime mappings. Very disappointing to not see any updates of what’s going on my area!!!

Your map is showing crimes that were committed 3.5 miles away from our neighborhood when I pull up the map for our specific area. It makes it look as if crimes have increased substantially in our immediate area. Those crimes should not be included in our stats. Thank you for correcting.

The only crimes it shows in my area are from 2019, and it’s currently the end of March 2020. I don’t think it’s because we’ve had a drop in crime.

I like MyLocalCrime, it definitely is something that is needed. Now more than ever, I’ve been pay attention to what is going on in my neighborhood.
I wish there was a way to filter the results so you can look at a date history of events. Good work, hope it makes it to a future update. Hey push notifications would be great too
