It takes forever to do the biometrics. Badly designed never recognizes my face or expressions!! Who tells people to look up and right and left and gives instructions on the screen to read while they are doing this?? How do you read the instructions if you see looking to the left or up or to the right! Seriously pathetic app. Easily wasted 1 hour on three separate occasions. Worth changing bank if one has to use UBLDigital! Person who designed and approved UBLDigital need to be fired!!

Seems to be a scam to be honest. If you’re serious at all about your finances and need to make transfers, UBLDigital is not for you at all. It is loaded with glitches and reproducible errors throughout UBLDigital that simply make it useless. The developers for UBLDigital seem to have no idea what they’re doing. UBLDigital has screwed up so many times resulting in problems, that I stopped baking with UBL. Stay away from this bank and from UBLDigital if you value your peace of mind as it simply does not do what it claims to do. Their updates keep adding useless UI animations resulting in confusions, with no core improvements. Do not use. Can’t stress it enough. It’ll only make your mental health go bad.

That was the bad day when I trust on this UBL app. Otp issue new payee issue security issue and now as an overseas Pakistani blocking issue and for unblocking they want overseas to make a file of verification and send them to by fedex. Pakistani passport I can make online but UBL is working on papers and on TCS. I wish I can give them them minus. Customer service reply on COPY PASTE ONE EMAIL AND SEND TO ALL OVERSEAS. I stopped using and will not send money to UBL again. Not only me but also my whole family will not use UBL again. Amazing this behavior in this economy and state bank allowing them to humiliate the overseas Pakistani. Very strange

Update: so this ridiculous app will not let me enter the OTP for some reason!! I type in the first digit of the OTP and then when I want to type in the second digit, it takes me back to the first slot so basically I can’t type anything in any other slot except the first one which is so frustrating. Like how am I supposed to make payments without typing the OTP???

Literally the worst app with zero functionality. I can’t even log in for some reason. There are very few options in UBLDigital itself. I would rate it a zero if I could.

What is the matter with UBLDigital? Why does it keep crashing. Every time I’m in a rush UBLDigital doesn’t passed login phase!!! And then at one point I wanted to do a super load and UBLDigital crashed! This happened multiple times. I’m still unable to make an e-card, UBLDigital either crashes or says it can’t be done.

I’m very disappointed! Both with UBLDigital service and their Karachi tauheed branch!! The entire UBL service has gone way down in last 3yrs!

I have a very bad experience in changing the daily transaction limit. Whenever I tried to change it in UBLDigital , it didn’t work. Second there should be a option of directly contact to customer services by app. As for now we have to call customer services and wait for hours. It’s not easy and very irritating for customers. While UBLDigital is also owned by UBL to provide services to its customers. But when we use complaints option in UBLDigital , a form open to write comments but there is no direct link to customer services.

I’ve been using UBL for several years now and serving its basic digital banking services for me but they need to fix there Apple Watch paring, after putting in PIN on the watch it say “device not found” then crashes and same behavior on every try

It is a fantastic app. I can pay utility bills, transfer money to local bank accounts, etc. But there is one problem. In doing certain tasks such as adding a new payee, there is no option to enter the OTP manually. UBLDigital wants to automatically read the OTP directly from your SMS. This is impossible to do if my I am using UBLDigital on a different device such as tablet and my SIM is on another device. This is also impossible if I am outside the country and don’t have mobile network. There are various solutions to this such as authenticator apps like Authy which only requires a WiFi connection, or an option to receive your OTP via your registered email address.

Good app but whats the point if have to log into website to see details on transactions such as comments entered.

Hands down the best banking app giving services to its loyal customers. No glitches at all. Smooth as you like specially at a time when other banking apps are bringing in so many new features, UBL never fails to surprise us.

Ubl is striving best and day by day UBLDigital is improving. The application is very helpful and we can do mobile top ups, transfer within Ubl accounts and even other local banks with a touch of button. It is secure and we receive SMS every time a transaction or login is done.

The recent updated with new user interface looks amazingly fresh. The only problem persistent with UBLDigital is that it won’t let me log in using my Touch ID on iPhone 7+. Otherwise, UBLDigital is very helpful.

This is the worst mobile banking application ever. Ubl customer services have gone down the drain, the application keeps crashing, it asks you to reset password and gives the forget password error every time you log in. No matter how many times you reset it still won’t work. When you call on the customer services number they brush you off and tell you to email the concern and then when you email, they ask you to call on the number for their concern.

It would be absolutely safe to say that this application is not safe to be used on your phone, since it crashes so much and forgets details, it can easily be hacked and the data can be misused.

Please do not develop applications when you can clearly not handle or manage it. And improve your pathetic customer service. The phone operators are of ZERO HELP!

This useless application does not even deserve ONE STAR, but I don’t have any other choice. Stay safe guys and refrain from using this application.

I have been using U.S. banking apps which are faster, easier, and user friendly as compared to apps developed by Pakistani banks. Latest updates by UBL are encouraging and I’m hoping that soon they will be able to provide facilities through banking apps matching international online banking standards.

Impressed br the security features incorporated while trying to sign up for new account. Even the U.S. Banks do not have the ability to take biometrics via phone. I hope their CSR will just as good as their wonderful technology. Best.

I have deleted and installed UBLDigital with the help line at least 5 times. My account can never get full access. HBL & ABL apps are much better now.

After several calls and feed back and trying to go as per developer replies. Still no success.

Please Resolve this issue. After latest update (3.23.3) iPhone 13 pro max users still unable to add payee. This is v bad, suffering from last 1 month. 😞 And please remove barrier of auto fetch, as many users use phone as a non pta. It’ll be highly appreciated. They can add OTP physically. Its humble request. Overall app is superb.

UBLDigital creates more hassles for customers rather provide solutions. Exactly like their call centre, it seems this is an overall company wide culture of doing everything other than their “job”. I’d suggest that y’all go ahead and stop “updating” this useless app & shut down the “app development” alongwith your “customer care” & call centre departments as they are doing exactly the opposite of what they are supposed to!

UBL United bank limited of Pakistan

This united bank limited (UBL) app and whole ubl system is a big problem for me.

In World bank apps when we need any update of personal information customer can update self.

But but this ubl Pakistani app is unique app first request them for update then wait for reply of email then next any unexpected day and time will call as they say.

But in my experience I didn’t receive any missed call from them for solution of update my information

Even I called direct my phone number from usa to Pakistan they say live your message recorded one representative will call.

Still waiting for call and solution but problem is same.

So I recommend don’t use ubl services for saving of your hard earning

Their system stuck your earned savings.

I am old customer at UBL. Satisfied with their banking and services. If i faced a complain, always gave them all evidences and they solved it quick. Mobile application, i have never faced a issue. Keep it up UBL (thumbs up)
