Opening the account with UBL was a mistake. The app simply doesn’t work at all! For the last 6 months or more the app is simply not working. When I change the password I get confirmation by email but the new password never works. Due to travel I went out of Pakistan and am using another foreign mobile number. Changing my mobile number is proving next to impossible. The customer services uses a template where they conveniently write that the number is not responding. Funny thing is that common sense dictates that one can try something else if the phone call is not working? I was able to call UBL helpline from abroad but they can never call me! Digital app is crappy. The WIZ online card doesn’t work on half of the online shops. I cannot buy ETFs and opening a bank account with UBL is a mistake. 6-7 helpline officers send the email with always the same template and the issue is unresolved for many weeks now.
The app is super slow. It is loading all the time. If you have to change anything in your personal details, it takes forever. It keeps loading and you will never get a response.
Very frustrating.
I see an additional space when I add amount in the amount field and then I can’t edit the amount and when I process it, I get an error saying something went wrong.

The biometric verification doesn’t work on the phone, it is unable to focus on the fingers.

Finger print option is not appearing. I don’t remember my pasword. If I select the forgot the credentials and then do the follow steps, I do receive the OTP but an alert box is appearing again and again that ‘OTP generation is failed. Tho I’m receiving the OTP
