I am a premium customer and AirDroid has only worked for a couple of seconds here and there and now it doesn't work at all I've had it about 2 weeks and maybe he's worked here and there for maybe a couple not even full days maybe a couple of minutes

Airdroid stopped working on Galaxy z fold 3 a few updates back The phone is on latest Android version as of 08/09/22. Please help. Tried uninstall and re install. The app crashes when trying to send file.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AirDroid app issues:

Force Stop the AirDroid App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AirDroid app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AirDroid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirDroid App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AirDroid app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AirDroid.

Fix AirDroid unable to contact server/ AirDroid internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AirDroid » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AirDroid » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirDroid on android.
