I am a premium customer and AirDroid has only worked for a couple of seconds here and there and now it doesn't work at all I've had it about 2 weeks and maybe he's worked here and there for maybe a couple not even full days maybe a couple of minutes

Airdroid stopped working on Galaxy z fold 3 a few updates back The phone is on latest Android version as of 08/09/22. Please help. Tried uninstall and re install. The app crashes when trying to send file.

How to fix AirDroid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirDroid app on iPhone
Update AirDroid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirDroid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirDroid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirDroid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirDroid Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirDroid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirDroid App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirDroid » click [Force Stop]

Update AirDroid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirDroid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirDroid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirDroid.

Fix AirDroid unable to contact server/ AirDroid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirDroid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirDroid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirDroid
