Movn Rehab Status

Movn Rehab helps you increase physical fitness, monitor cardiac symptoms, and better communicate with your heath care provider to improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attacks.  After speaking with your health care provider about Movn Rehab, you'll receive an e-mail invitation to participate as well as a text message with a temporary PIN code, which you'll need to register.  Movn Rehab partners with your health care provider to provide outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, education, and support in the comfort of your own home.  From that point forward, you can see the goals for your customized exercise plan, log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your health care provider, and more!  MovnRehab integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide seamless recording for steps, blood pressure, and weight readings.  It also integrates with other activity trackers, such as those from Fitbit and Garmin.
