I got a new iPhone 13 and can't connect to the lights. They respond to the remote, and connect instantly with the old phone. The phone's bluetooth works perfectly with several headphones so that doesn't seem to be the issue. I tried removing and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't connect. The app says it's compatible with this phone, but I suspect that's not really the case. Any advice?
Hi, I’ve been using your magicstrip LED lights for a while now! However this evening I unplugged them and when I went to plug them back in they have stopped responding to the app and remote? I know they are plugged in properly because there is a dim glow from them, but I’ve tried both the remote and app and they just won’t seem to turn on. Any suggestions on how to fix this? As they are my favourite part of my bedroom. Thanks a lot, Annie
