Payment receive record are deleted automatically after the bug today

Hello,
Just want to let you know that my payment received record are disappeared after the bug today. Please let me know what should I do on my side!

Bad Design

Been trying to link PayMe to my HSBC account so that payment can come from that account and not a credit card. This requires a copy of your HK ID. Tried over 20 times with format that matches my statement and all I get is "this will take 1 working day " to process. Seriously? You already have a copy of my ID. It's never processes or worked. The UX design is flawed and not worth all the trouble.

Bad experience

Veeery bad experience, been asked to upgrade, and redirected to App Store, but PayMe is latest version already!!!!! No upgrade button shown!! Totally can’t open PayMe now. Still keep PayMe in my phone only because no other app in HK provides similar service as of now

Not working on my iPhone 5

I have received $500. I tried to transfer to my bank. The red transfer button does not respond. I tried other functions, the red button at the bottom never work. Now my money in the this app account cannot be moved or used. Very frustrating!!

Confusing and tries to take your money

I simply wanted to make a payment to someone but PayMe kept telling me to top up. In the end it took BOTH my payment and a set amount top up of my account, basically a double charge. Not at all my intention.

Useless app

Useless piece of junk. The credit card limit of 1000 HKD per month is so ridiculously low as to make PayMe useless. In addition, it will not authorize joint bank accounts. So, you are forced to open an individual account in order to use PayMe . HSBC should be ashamed of putting this crap out, let alone advertising

Used to work

PayMe worked fine until a few months ago when they added a facial recognition security feature. This feature does not work and I have not been able to access my account since. Garbage!

Horrible App

I signed up for this because I was pressured by my co workers for lunch. Now it’s the “official” app for an event and I can’t login because there is a pin required. You can’t reset your pin or even contact someone directly. I can’t use PayMe anymore and god only knows what would happen if someone had gotten access. Don’t use this garbage app, cash is easier and better.

Bad Customer Service

I can’t open an account because for some reason my cell phone number is already registered by another person... tried to edit the email but the page is frozen so I couldn’t submit a new email address associating with my cell phone number... no way to contact customer service for immediate help... must wait for them to get back to you... and the response is clearly not fast enough... very frustrating process!!! Totally unacceptable...

Waste of time. Use FPS from other banks much better

Totally inferior app. cannot even find contacts in my contact book

Someone paid me money here without me asking for it. Even though I had a balance it made me jump through hoops to access my money including linking a bank account just to transfer my own money to my wife. It’s basically inferior to FPS and already obsolete.

The most ridiculous financial app ever

Not only the UI is user unfriendly especially for seniors but also so stupid that they let you register with mobile and email but don’t have the option to login through email. I have the problem of changing my mobile and they don’t have the option to login through email. I haven’t yet used it for many years and they would ask you last transaction date when you look for help…WTH

Issue paying via WhatsApp

After a recent upgrade PayMe can’t automatically create a link and open WhatsApp for you to send the link to a contact which isn’t already a this app friend/contact.

Credit card info required?

Convenient enough but why do you require us to input credit card info if we have sufficient balance in our this app account to cover our transfers? Seems a bit excessive to me

World class disaster

I have verified myself quite awhile ago and HSBC swiped me out with another verification. Fine it’s understandable and you know what? I can scan my identification at first and PayMe even asked you to lift up identification card but never scanned successfully. It makes me feel like an idiot and imagine this happened to an elderly…

Great App, Time-out Often

Really enjoy PayMe, and it’s been gaining momentum, perhaps at a pace that the HSBC hadn’t planned. App often takes minutes to transact during peak periods or times out altogether. Developers need to add more capacity and also needs to improve logic and error handling when the transactions fail/time-out (i.e. duplicate top-ups).

PayMe “Friends”

PayMe is convenient but being able to see who my this app “friends” give money to or receive money from is creepy and unnecessary.

I'll PayMe you back!

Absolutely convenient to pay others for split bills, group gift contributions etc. no need to go to the ATM to get cash and pay someone. Somehow find this more convenient that HSBC's EasyPay... but the social media aspects of this - having to add a comment when I pay someone is annoying - adds a few seconds to an otherwise fast experience. Good job and keep new features coming!

Useful app, however...

PayMe is (so far) works easily. I like how it can be used regardless of which bank you or your friends use. However, it should NOT be a form of social media. I do not think it is necessary for everybody to see who I am making payments to or receiving payments from. While I have MY privacy settings in place, some of my friends do not. It is annoying and I could care less about who my friend is paying or getting payments from. Please get rid of that; nobody needs to have their financial accounts out there for others to see. It is none of their business.
