Definitely the worst payment processing app. this app forces you to “upgrade your status” after the first processed payment. It’s up to you to figure out what it means. Then you find out that you need to download paysafecard and follow the instruction. But there is no instruction. There is not even a login process once you install paysafecard . The only two options you are given is to check the ballance (which when you do gives you “you can use all your balance now” information) and find the place that sells cards near you. They don’t have life costumer service and they don’t reply to your emails in timely manner.

paysafecard is useless in Utah. I went to 8 different stores that were shown to have the paysafecards and no one knew what I was talking about. I showed them paysafecard to see if that would help and no one had any idea what it was or had heard about it. I then called 6 other stores and they did not know what this app was. There should be a way to add funds to it from Apple Pay. I wasted so much time going to “Sales Outlets” near me that we’re shown on paysafecard where they sold the paysafecards Their website also shows the same sales outlets. Worthless app and worthless website unless you actually have some that sells the paysafecards. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I have been searching areas around that sell paysafecards in paysafecard and many say they have not heard of it or seen it before. Is there a chance where you can go to those stores give them some sort of window sticker that has the this app logo on it to put on their windows where people can see if they actually sell the cards so they don’t waste their time looking into it more? Thank You.

Back when paysafecard used to work it was Amazing, however for 5 months now it is no longer working with my iPhone 12, the login option is completely missing. Contacting customer support several times did not bear any fruits either so I have just given up.

I don’t know about anyone else but with someone like me being 15 and all I don’t have a card yet and there’s plenty of games that I want to bye so this is a very good idea it’s also very simple I haven’t used paysafecard it self yet but if I really works it would be a great app

Can’t top up. Can’t find retail outlets for the cards, which you can’t buy online. And this after uploading your ID card for identity verification.

Total amateurs. I will file a GDPR complaint to force them to delete my personal data.

Hello I don’t see any login option on the paysafe app. Can’t seem to find it on paysafecard . What do I do?

I've been trying to have my $150 refunded or unlocked my pins for more than 8 days, and I'm thinking nothing that the $150 has been lost. they don't have a Spanish-language call number

Guys paysafecard is not useful in the USA but in the EU it’s very useful you go to mini markets and you can easily pay online

What sup with all retailers locations that show on paysafecard map saying that they don’t have paysafe card. Even with the correct address the place name and is completely different.

I’m unable to redeem this worthless card on paysafecard . I can check the balance on the card but I cannot do anything else with it.
This is a scam company.

why paysafe company ask the two factor when we cant login in to paysafecard ?

I’m not sure how they came up with the supposed list of merchants, but none that I called or visited had even heard of this company or this card. Worse, many of the store names are incorrect. For example, they might be nonsensical names like Snack-4-0 or Mkmv (which is actually a Rotten Robbie). None of the Rotten Robbie locations have ever heard of this app. They also claim that Fry’s carries these cards which is not true. There are also many out-of-business locations listed.

I don’t know what this company hopes to achieve by making people think they have outlets in the area when they do not. Additionally, once you see an an outlet on the map, you can’t even setup a GPS course to the destination or call them. You have to remember the physical address and type it into Google maps separately. You can’t even copy and paste. This product has to be one of the worst products I’ve seen from a company like this. Until this company can get its act together and place real outlets on the map, you should avoid this company and paysafecard like the plague.

Its not a bad app, not ate all, why all the bad reviews for no reason, it seems like you just hate the company not paysafecard !

I downloaded paysafecard for one reason only- to get a paysafe card. I found a place that were said to have a card. When I arrived the lady working there said that she doesn't know what I was talking about and has never had them before. She said I was the tenth person to come asking for them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH paysafecard! Your much better off using other services to buy your goods.

I just called two vendors on the list of local businesses at which I can supposedly buy a card, and neither vendor knew what I was talking about, to say nothing of having them actually in stock. (Glad I didn't just drive over and assume I could pick one up.) That would make paysafecard LESS than worthless.

The map has store fronts that sell their product. I went to 4 store none of them have ever heard of it and they don't list the phone number with the locations. Waste of time.

I called several vendors and none of them know what I'm talking about, none have ever heard of a this app. Is this even real? How did this make it to paysafecard Store? I agree with the other poster on here, paysafecard is less than worthless.

I downloaded paysafecard to find a reseller for the this app. Tried 7 of the outlets on paysafecard and none of the locations had any clue about what a this app is. Can't speak to the rest of the apps functionally as I was unable to get a card. Useless to me!

Went to the stores where they sold this card. None of them sold it here. Plus some of the store were gone already. Horrible

paysafecard is not stable . Need bug fix . You can't open it and when you keep trying it will pop up for 1 second and crush .

The map feature is out of date and completely useless. It does not show any locations to contain cards.

paysafecard gives locations that the cards are "sold" spent around an hour looking for the cards, don't use, waste of time and gas
