Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EL Version-1 app issues:

Force Stop the EL Version-1 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EL Version-1 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EL Version-1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EL Version-1 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EL Version-1 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EL Version-1.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
